Dinner was served quickly by an excellent young waitress named Alex. We had shish kabob which was made with filet mignon. It was delicious! The meat was extremely tender and flavorful. The grilled veggies were also great. We will be back!"

  • "I did not know what to expect when I went to this restaurant but I relied on others reviews to guide me and found that they were correct the food was very good. I found the place very clean and staff very nice- the only negative thing I have to say is that the menue is not that extensive."

  • "We've had great experiences at Blue Fig in the past but our most recent visit last week was disappointing. While service was decent, my Tajen Cod had no flavor or spice, and the tajen it was served in was cool to the touch. Is it not cooked in the tajin any longer? My wife's Salmon also lacked flavor and spice. We used to love the home-made pitas and looked forward to them but sadly they are no more. The pitas that were served tasted like a reheated bagged variety. With regret, I cannot recommend Blue Fig any longer :("

  • "My friend and I enjoyed the fresh, appetizing meals. The Lebanese-mint tea was in a teapot with an attractive glass provided instead of our traditional cup; it was delicious. My chicken kabobs were tender with just the right seasonings.The couscous and the salad that accompanied my meal were tasty. The server was very attentive and pleasant, answering all of our questions completely. My only problem was that the dining area was cold, and I was thankful that I had worn a very heavy sweater that afternoon."

  • "We were a party of 5 and had a reservation for 6:45 PM. Upon our arrival the table was not ready. We waited about 15 minutes. When finally showed to our table I had to ask manager/waiter to sweep under our table as there were dropped food on floor everywhere. We had to wait again for drinks to be offered and waitress forgot to bring our water as requested. While waiting on our drinks we noticed that other "walk-ins" were seated immediately. The food was satisfactory."

  • "It was a snowy night and we were actually on our way for Indian when our 5 year old said he wanted "Blue Fig chicken" (which is his way of saying chicken shish kabobs). Blue Fig always hits the spot for authentic Lebanese cuisine, almost always starting with the Tour of Lebanon appetizer and some sort of grilled meat for an entrée. Good dessert selections as well. And BYOB. Owners and staff are always friendly. They get a lot of repeat business. Beats the same-old chain or Italian choices for a change of pace. Kids and adults alike never complain when we offer up Blue Fig Café as a dinner choice. And it is great for lunch as well."

  • "We've visited this small cafe before but were unable to get a table - reservations highly recommended. We opted to sit at one of the two booths for comfort but they are right by the front door and it was in the 30's outside so we kept getting a cold draft... The rest of the seating looked tight and we didn't want to be cramped. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. The food was fresh and tasty. We shared a Blue Fig salad as it was large - plenty for two as an appetizer with fig vinaigrette. Very good. We not opted for the Shish Tawook which was nicely seasoned chicken skewers with grilled veggies and choice of cous cous or rice. We ended with an espresso soaked cake which was made in-house and was delicious. This is a BYOB."

  • "When we want something that is not the same-old--whether a Ruby Tuesdays, Italian or Mexican--Blue Fig is always a pleasing option. Excellent Mediterranean dishes--from hummus to lamb. The servers sometimes lack a little polish, but always aim to please. It is not inexpensive, but when you add the convenient location and BYOB--it does the trick. It is also casual and family friendly. And our young children (who can be picky) usually sign off when we announce Blue Fig on a Friday night after school pick-up. Also a good option for lunch."

  • "coming from the city, its hard to find a restaurant with the hip urban flare and great food. the blue fig in moorestown met all my expectations for ambience, service, and good food. I especially like their hummus and lentil soup. The coconut sorbet actually comes in a half coconut shell. I've had the kofta on two different occasions - the first time was for lunch and it was much more moist."

Flavors were amazing (try the spicy sauce with it). Had heard from others that the skewers were dry but not the case. Have had better pita bread but we didn't go there mainly for that. Would definitely return."

  • "My first visit to the Blue Fig was EXCELLENT!!! The staff was friendly and personable as well as being wholly knowledgeable of the cuisine. The food was outstanding. I seldom order kabobs anywhere because they tend to be grossly overcooked charred imitations of food. These were exactly the opposite. The vegetables, though tasting of some charring were excellently prepared and maintain crunch and succulence. The lamb and beef were incredible and prepared as requested. My date said that hummus was the best she'd ever had and she is quite the world traveler. Over all this was an outstanding dining experience. There was no live music, but it was fine with the recorded Lebanese folk music at a very low volume. Wonderful dining!!!"

Chicken kabobs and the accompanying sauces was also very good and tasty. The highlight had to be the fresh cup of coffee and the fig cake- outstanding."
