Blue Agave Club is a Mexican Restaurant serving "alta cocina mexicana" or "high-end" Mexican cuisine. Don't let the "high-end" deter you. We do offer an array of menu choices... from the expected enchiladas & burritos to the unexpected Filet Mignon with Pomegranate-Chipotle Sauce, for example. Our menu is adjusted seasonally to include the freshest ingredients. Chef & Owner, Alexandro Garcia has created exquisite sauces by updating authentic family recipes and adding his own creative flare.

  • "The atmosphere and live music were great, outdoor patio with heat lamps was a great setting. The food was terrible. I ordered a seafood stew, everything in it was tough and overcooked, and I believe there was imitation crab meat in it. Found a couple of bones in the fish. Didn't even finish it, which is too bad since we paid over $25 per plate. I would not recommend this restaurant except for happy hour drinks. Also, had a coupon for $10 off two dinners which clearly stated "for use on any day," but since it was Valentine's day they would not accept it."

The service was phenomenal, the food was packed with fresh ingredients, the margaritas were top notch, and the guitar player created the perfect atmosphere. There were enough outdoor heaters to ensure the temperature was perfect. The Blue Agave Club hit it out of the park!"

We loved sitting outside under the gas lamps listening to the guitarist. It was warm, and inviting. They were also very attentive to my son's food allergy, which made the evening relaxing."

It was a partial piece of eggplant with a small amount of diced veggies on top and a small sprinkling of cheese bits, not melted as the menu said. I was very disappointed. It wasn't very much to eat and not especially tasty."

  • "The food was bland. I love Mexican food and was excited to try it for lunch as it was actually recommended by 2 coworkers. The guac was fresh but had virtually no seasoning/spice that I could detect. I also had the tortilla soup and it was okay, not great. The biggest disappointment was the carnitas which was apparently simmered in liquid versus slow roasted in the oven. It again lacked seasoning and wasn't very appealing textually or in the flavor. I can do the same thing but better in my crockpot frankly. On the positive side, the restaurant ambiance was lovely in an old vintage home and there was lots of seating. I don't live or work close by but could see it as a great after work hotspot if the drinks are good."
