Called the day before and was told
there were no reservations except 5 pm and 8:30. Took the 5 pm and there was absolutely no one there. No one came until 6 pm. And right up until 7pm when we left there were tables empty that could have bee pushed together 2 accomodate 4 people. The food was ok, daily bland and overpriced for what you get. Probably won't go back"

Took my wife her on a surprise
mid-week birthday dinner. We've passed by many times, but with a 1 year old, we've not had many nights out lately. This place hit the spot. We're new to the area and after living in big cities (mainly NYC) we were hoping for a good local restaurant. We had not been overly impressed with the immediate area, but BluAqua has made "the cut". The menu was creative and diverse. The food overall was good. They have a nice beer, wine and cocktail selection. What made this place stick out was the service. Some of the best service we've had in a long time. They take their time with you, see your needs are met, but don't bother you so you can actually enjoy your dinner out. Well done Kyle! We'll be back."

A clean, elegant yet cozy and
stylish spot for dinner...only exceeded by the food and the service. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed. Diverse menu with thoughtful, but not extensive, wine list. We'll be back!"

This amazing restaurant has little
to advertise outside and is hidden in Salzburg Square which has unfortunately faded away as a shopping plaza. However, BluAqua could be thing to start bringing people back. The staff was friendly from the time the door opened. We got welcomed from the hostess as well as the bartender and a few other staff just walking past. The place is small and we thought it might get loud once it was full but even at capacity it was still easy to converse and it felt intimate. The menu had a wonderful variety and reflects the Louisiana chefs talents. Some cajun inspired dishes as well as some incredible american fare dishes with perfect portion sizes. I can still taste the smoked spinach chips with Ahi spread. A++"

Late night find in NH after some
shopping in Nashua. Excellent all the way around. Food was top notch, service fantastic and reasonable wine prices. Romantic decor for a super date night."

Blue Aqua was great! The food was
wonderful, our waitress was very attentive and sweet and the owner, Scott was great!"

bluAqua's food, staff and dining
experience are all top notch and worth spending an evening there."

Very impressed with 5 course meal,
prix fixe. Wonderful complementing wine (Malbec). Ambience was highlighted by the scattering of rose petals on the table! Entire staff at bluAqua did a fabulous job. This was equal to our dining experiences at fine restaurants in NYC. Our food and service were "just what we want" when we dine out. We also enjoy other casual dining occasions at bluAqua."

When you put it all together,
bluAqua will definitely blow your mind!!! The chef's tasting menu was out of this world. The scallop under glass, shrimp, lobster bisque and pork cheeks were all exceptional. The hit of the evening were the creative drinks such as the Vaportini and snow globe. The most unique drinks imaginable and they really got everyone at the bar very excited. The whole bar was riveted watching the master bartender (Sean) work his magic. I almost forgot to mention the massive aquarium with all sorts of exotic fish. This was probably the most memorable dinner experience...period. And that includes comparing bluAqua to great restaurants from Boston to Orlando."

Atmosphere very good!"

I ate at this restaurant for the
first time recently and was very pleased with the quality of the food. The presentation, portion size, quality of the ingredients and taste were all outstanding. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys fine dining. A couple of points to be aware of though: It is not a kid-friendly menu and the service was good not great. Lastly, one annoyance was the fact that my party arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation but they would not seat us early even though our table was ready and waiting for us."

I can highly recommend the arugala
salad. Three of us cleaned our salad plates. I very much enjoyed the special "Pork Cheeks" on mushoom risotto. The meat was incredibly tender. Our table also enjoyed the Seafood Jambalaya and the Duck Breast. The staff was appropriately attentive. It was lovely to enjoy "adult dining" in a sophisticated atmosphere, but still casually comfortable."

We have been wanting to try
Bluaqua for sometime and are very disappointed that we did not sooner as we have been missing out :-) We started with a cocktail at the bar, fantastic martinis and margaritas. We then moved to a table for 4, we tried 3 different apps and all of us were raving and left 3 clean plates. For dinner we had scallops, tuna mignon and shrimp creole - from first bites we were planning our next visit. The tuna was amazing, the wasabi cream sauce, the quality of the tuna was awesome. The restaurant is small and intimate, they have outdoor dining in warmer times and can not wait to try. We are very limited for good restaurants in the area so this is a welcome addition."

This is by far the best new
restaurant we have found in New Hampshire. The food is excellent. Everything cooked perfectly. Great atmosphere and very knowledgeable waitstaff, good wine list and overall a very friendly spot. Really worth a try!"

There was not anything that my
entire dining party did not enjoy. I had been hearing wonderful things about bluAqua and it more than lived up to its reputation. I have already recommended it to many."

Server knew NOTHING about the menu
or the coctail or beer list. Although friendly, not knowledgeable in the least."

We very rarely go out to dinner so
when we do I want it to be special, and I felt the night overall was great! Great server, hostess and the food was delicious! Highly recommend for that special evening out."

It was so nice to sit in a modern
restaurant in NH. It wasn't crowded or noisy nice to have a converstation that you can actually hear eachother."

Good spot but it gets crowed and
the kitchen get busy. I ordered fish and it came out cold. Send back and it was corrected."

Was looking forward to my visit
after reading several good reviews. Always love to find hidden treasures that I can recommend to family and friends. Unfortunately, they could not accommodate us in the dining room- our party of four was offered the bar to dine in and we decided to go ahead and give it a try. The bar is not set-up unless you are a party of 2... so I would never recommend this. The Martini Menu was disappointing as it was full of sweet drinks and I was unable to find anything interesting or inventive. We opted to go directly to entres as we could not all sit and chat at a bar. The meals took over 45 minutes to come and were disappointing at best. I will not be back!"

Fine dining that you don't have to
drive to Boston. Very reasonable pricing. Outstanding Tuna tartare for my app. There are a few New Orleans style dishes. My wife got the Jambalaya, and it was amazing. I got the Scallop Risotto with root vegetables, which complemented the dish. I made a point to compliment the chief and owner."

Really happy to have a restaurant
with better quality of food in our area. Unfortunately their staffing has not kept up with their popularity. Was there on a busy Friday night with family, including a 5 and 8 year old. They were very good with accommodating our request for a plain burger for one of the kids (the other kid had the tuna tartar nachos and devoured it). Sadly the service was so slow that the 5 year old fell asleep at the table before the burger even arrived, I too was nearly done in before my food arrived. Luckily everyone was thrilled with everything they ordered."

It's nice to find something a
little different in New Hampshire - with a NOLA flair! Food was terrific but remember that it's French inspired so the dishes tend to be smaller and it's all about the presentation. The restaurant is in an out of the way location, but worth the trip!"
Dined on 10/26/2013
We enjoyed everything we had. The
chef is French trained, but is from New Orleans. There are several New Orleans specialties on the menu. I enjoyed the shrimp creole served on risotto--an interesting and delicious twist on plain rice."
