The food is great and reasonably priced. The food was delicious . I had the flat iron steak witj fries. The steak was very tender. The fries were good, and the spinach salad was good, as well.
The student waitress was very attentive. The teacher answered some questions I had about the program. She was very excited about the program and her students . I will definantly come here again! Service was careful and courteous from the time we entered. The servers were aware that we were waiting on another couple to join us, but served our beverage to enjoy while we waited. The meal was excellent; service superb and the atmosphere is always pleasant. Allen ISD.3/22/2013 12:00:00 AMI attended one of the topI attended one of the top colleges for Hotel and Restaurant Management. We had a professional kitchen and dining room, but Blu blows it away. Allen has received a lot of criticism for our football stadium, but part of the same bond was to build the performing arts center, which is where Blu is located.3/22/2013 12:00:00 AMwonderful exp.
