"We really enjoyed this date night. As always, the popovers that they bring out are so great and we shared the egg and asparagus salad, barbecued tuna and crab cake. Good stuff."

"We were very disappointed in our experience with BLT! The ambience is more zen than luxury steakhouse, and since I had a spot that looked directly into the brightly lit kitchen, i did not feel I was in a 4 or 5 star restaurant. Our waitress didn't seem to either understand the menu, or our questions, as her responses to our inquiries left us more confused more than once. The food itself was good, but if given the choice between BLT and some of the other steakhouses in Charlotte, BLT would regretably be last on the list."

"After reviewing the menu on line I was really looking forward to this dinner. For the high dollar the dinner cost, I was very dissappointed. The place was very loud, tables to close together. You may as wellhave been sitting with whom ever was beside you. Would not revisit here. We do however love love love the bar at the Ritz. Great ambiance and fabulous drinks. Not to mention our great bartender E.J."

""It's a beef place." This is a saying we have in our family, and it definitely applies to BLT. If you want a great steak at a convenient spot before an uptown event, this is a good choice. Know that it is expensive, and the night we went (Wednesday) service was slow. We did get out in time for the show, which our waiter had asked about, but each time we asked for drinks in particular the wait was long."
