A word from BLT Steak - Bally's
BLT Steak is an interpretation of the American Steakhouse with traditional fare and a bistro ambiance.
A few words about our steaks...All of our beef is USDA Prime or 100% naturally raised certified Black Angus. The finest available. We naturally age our beef for maximum tenderness and flavor before broiling at 1700 degrees and finish with herb butter.
BLT Steak also reinstated the award-winning weekend staple, Sterling Brunch. Regarded as the premier brunch in Las Vegas, the Bally’s institution of forty years, Sterling Brunch has made its triumphant return with the same excellence in service and fare but in a more modern and stylish presentation synonymous with BLT Steak. Guests will once again be able to indulge in the finest fare of caviar, lobster tails, fresh-shucked oysters, Alaskan king crab legs, and never-ending glasses of Perrier Jouët Champagne, mimosas and bloody marys.

Diner Reviews
  • "We had a wonderful time at BLT becuase the food was so good."

  • "Rib-eye Steak was excellent. The best I've ever had"

  • "Although the food & service was outstanding, the noise level was so loud, that it felt like a cafeteria. With food & service this good, the atmosphere should reflect that of a "fine" dining experience."

  • "I was a little dissapointed with BLT. Waiters to me were a little overly aggressive, and food was okay. Kind of a different take on a steak house. A more modern version, maybe its just me, but I do not think I will be back."

  • "The food and service are consistently great every time we go. The best steak on the Strip."

  • "Very expensive for the actual food quality/portions. Crab salad & Lobster salad were both impressive but then the rest of the meal was very average with big prices. Wouldn't recommend if you want a true steakhouse. I have heard that their Sunday brunch is better."

  • "We always visit Ballys steak house when we are in Las Vegas, When we found out that it was changed to BLT we were surprise because we loved the old steak house. So on our first night in Vegas we tried BLT, And let me tell you that its was amazing!!! We totally enjoyed the service, the food, This place was outstanding!!! If you ever get the chance to visit BLT don't miss this gem... Everything about this place is outstanding!!!!"

  • "We loved it so much that we went back two days later. The braised short ribs are fabulous as well as ribeye. Staff very attentive. We will definetly go back on our next trip to Vegas."

  • "Las Vegas is loaded with different steakhouses to try but this should be on the list of ones to go to. The food is wonderful and my husband said his steak was one the best he has had. My seafood was also very good and the presentation was lovely."

  • "Food overall was excellent although the American Wagyu ribeye steak was a little tough to chew - wasn't expecting that from wagyu steak. The asparagus and creamed spinach were delicious, but portion size was a bit small. The banana cream pie was awesome, but at $11/slice! Worth going to occasionally and really expensive for frequent visits."

  • "The best bone in ribeye,Ive ever had. The pop overs were wonderful. My wife had the filet. It was cooked medium, just like she ordered it. Our waiter was informative and prompt. We will most definately come back the next time were in Las Vegas."

  • "I've learned to be leary of magazine articles. We booked BLT because Bally's Steakhouse was always one of our prefered and after reading the article in my hotel room magazine we were excited to see the revival of one of the most reliable steak houses on the strip. According to our server they have been open for 3 months when we visited and the bartenders are still practicing (sampling drinks in front of patrons and then serving them). The management is borrowing black napkins from neighboring restaurants upon request and although the wait staff knows the proper descriptions for steak temperatures the kitchen over cooked our filet mignon. A classic steak house has been turned casual, but I will stick w/Mastro's, Prime or Michaels"

  • "If you want an amazing dining experience in Vegas come here. Amazing service and food. The pop overs are divine. And for $98 the best steak my hubby and I have had in a long time. We will be back."

  • "I loved everything about this place! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and we decided to have dinner here because we are big fans of Gordon Ramsay. As soon as we checked in with the hostess she asked us if we were celebrating anything special, of course we said our honeymoon. I love that they went out of their way to ask that upfront and all of the staff afterwards including waiters and managers commented and congratulated us on our marriage. I thought this was a really great catch and made us feel really special and welcome. Our waiter, Omar, was absolutely amazing. prices are a little up there but pretty comparable to other steak houses in the area. Food was amazing! Cocktails were worth it! Loved it! We are definitely coming back :)"

  • "Our expectations were high having dined many times at LT's NYC and LA steak restaurants. The LV location seemed a bit out of place being located at Bally's which was not on par with expectations. The restaraurant's decor was nice but being adjacent / in Bally's casino was a drag on the restaurant tself. The regular cast iron pan presentation was off as they were cold. My wife's steak was overcooked and the "truffle mashed" potatoes should have been described as a purée - both were a disappointment. Both of us order steak medium rare, her's was closer to medium plus and mine was medium rare plus. The manager took her steak off the check as she should have. The one positive was the popovers met our expectations and were stellar."

  • "I made a dinner reservation for one. I showed up on time and was asked if I minded waiting "5 to 10 minutes" while my table was prepared. I didn't mind. The bar staff were friendly and professional. 40 minutes later I minded very much. I bid the hostess good night as I walked out - she didn't even recognize me. Very disappointing."

  • "Arrived for our 8:45pm reservation and were promptly seated. The lobster bisque had a good amount of lobster and wasn't too heavy. We shared the NY strip steak (16oz) which was more than enough. It was very lean and had a lot of great flavor. We ordered the potato skins as a side - way too many to finish. The popovers are amazing ... only good things to say about this restaurant and the service."

  • "They took the perfect 10 Bally's Steakhouse and turned it into a mediocre 6...menu was confusing, items listed as dinner were obviously sides and desserts...wait staff hurried and indifferent...meal about average...steak on the fatty with a bit much grizzle for my taste...eh!"

  • "Had been to one in Phoenix before, and this was consistent in execution. Fabulous meat, cooked perfectly. Popovers to start are out of this world."

  • "First night the Porterhouse for 2 priced at $98 was not even a nice size for one. The manager should go to the Steak House in Circus Circus and order the porterhouse for one and he would than know what a good porterhouse should look like for one. Always try a place twice because they may have had a bad day. Second night ordered the special which was Scallops. For a dinner entrée they served 3 get that number 3 scallops for dinner. Any decent restaurant serves min. of 5 scallops on a plate for dinner. Along with the entrée the special was zucchini. It was served fried with a side of melted cheese for dipping. As we all know that is nothing more than a bar app. I do not see this place lasting more than a year."

  • "This restaurant has a great variety of meats and generous portions. The salad was spectacular. This spread was fit for the person watching their calories and for the hearty eater. The bread was so delicious and the service was excellent."

  • "This is a must repeat! The meal was perfect, the staff was over the top and it was just an experience that has to be repeated!! Raphael and Margo were beyond perfect."

  • "The brunch here on the weekends is wonderful, the price is steep, but the food is great so I guess it is worth it. The service was excellent and the restaurant is very nice. The food choices were great and not too overwhelming. I will be back for the brunch again."

  • "Ate here for dinner during a conference. The gruyere popovers they give you as the bread are fabulous. I had the filet mignon and it was perfectly cooked. We also had gratin potatoes and the Brussels sprouts. All was terrific. We went back later for dessert. They were on the small side but very good and a more appropriate portion considering how much we'd eaten earlier."

  • "After we were seated, we waited 10 minutes noticed us. When we ordered our steaks my wife ordered it medium. Our server told her she wanted it medium-well. I ordered mine medium-rare. Our server said it would take 20 to 30 minuets for our steaks to come. When they did come, her steak was very well done and mine was medium-well. we sent them back and complained to the manager. We were told it would take another 10 to 15 minutes before our new steaks would be ready. We told them to forget it and left without eating."

  • "Took our son and dil there for their anniversary. Food, atmosphere and service were excellent. It is very pricey, so bring your wallet!"
    Dined on 6/16/2014
  • "Have been there many times before their "reconstruction". The new look was not as intimate as before(now just like any other restaurant) and missed the linen tablecloths. The personal service I had kept me as a repeat customer but now it isn't worth the price!!!."
    Dined on 6/15/2014
  • "Some of the cold food was too warm, lobster was a little over cooked. Caviar was tasty and the waitress will bring as much as you want."
    Dined on 6/15/2014
  • "Save yourself some money and enjoy a great steak. Have eaten at many steak houses in Vegas. Ate at BLT twice this trip. Food was well prepaired and tasted excellent. Service was a little lacking after the main course was served but other than that, it was great."
    Dined on 6/9/2014
  • "Everything except the prime rib was over cooked. The filet, lamb, lobster. All medium well or well done. Service awesome. Puff rolls amazing. But for the price and thus being a steakhouse, the food not great."
    Dined on 6/8/2014
  • "Superb brunch that will not disappoint "Sterling" fans like myself. The champagne remains Perrier Jouet and not a keenly priced Californian sparkling which is so often offered (illegally) as champagne. The service was excellent and our server was not shy of popping corks and keeping the PJ topped up! The food is beautiful but not as extensive a choice as previously........the only thing I really missed was a choice of vegetables to have with the roast meats. The ambience is a bit bland, for a newly opened (steak) restaurant, but without being too harsh, it is Ballys and not Bellagio or CP or Wynn."

  • "Food was good. Need smaller portions at lower prices. "

  • "I ate at the newly RE-opened Sterling Brunch. Most of the food was well prepared and tasty, EXCEPT the lobster tails--they were rubbery and tasteless. The old Sterling Brunch had a bigger desert selection; one item missing from THIS brunch was ice cream. Caviar was included only if your waitperson told you about it (mine did NOT). I knew the BLT restaurant (where the SB is located) had re-opened; it took much more searching to find out the SB had also re-opened. At the minimum, they should also "advertise" the SB. [When I made my reservation for SAT. 6/7, at OPEN TABLE, I wasn't sure that I was reserving the SB.] [PS: Fortunately, they still include (unlimited) Perrier Jouet Champagne.]"
