A word from BLT Steak - Bally's
BLT Steak is an interpretation of the American Steakhouse with traditional fare and a bistro ambiance.
A few words about our steaks...All of our beef is USDA Prime or 100% naturally raised certified Black Angus. The finest available. We naturally age our beef for maximum tenderness and flavor before broiling at 1700 degrees and finish with herb butter.
BLT Steak also reinstated the award-winning weekend staple, Sterling Brunch. Regarded as the premier brunch in Las Vegas, the Bally’s institution of forty years, Sterling Brunch has made its triumphant return with the same excellence in service and fare but in a more modern and stylish presentation synonymous with BLT Steak. Guests will once again be able to indulge in the finest fare of caviar, lobster tails, fresh-shucked oysters, Alaskan king crab legs, and never-ending glasses of Perrier Jouët Champagne, mimosas and bloody marys.

I was expecting MUCH better.....The Caesar salad dressing was just plain bad.....The steak, for my liking, was way over seasoned (couldn't taste the meat and the fries were doughy..... Certainly not what one would hope for at $130.00 for ONE person.

  • A very luke warm experience

he best to sum it up is a restaurant that is trying hard to get it right and be upscale but misses the mark on several different levels. We were greeted and sat fairly quickly by the hostess. We were approached fairly quickly by the wait asst. Presentation was fairly decent and the quality of the steak was excellent. Here is where they missed the mark: 1. I had to continually ask for water refills. 2. All of the food was all luke warm and the water was luke warm (no ice). The food comes on cast iron skillets that we could pick up without hot pads. The pat of butter on my steak never melted (med. stk) 3. Table wasn't cleaned. Steaks came w/ plastic little cows stuck in them that said "medium" to tell server the temp of steak.

I sat at the bar and ordered a Wagyu Strip steak with a side of asparagus. While waiting for my order, the bartender brought me several plates of appetizers, comments of the chef. The duck liver pâté was one of the best things I've ever eaten. The steak was perfectly cooked, and when I was finished I was told I had one more surprise on the way. They brought out a small plate with two bite sized brownies, and two cake pops on sticks. The perfect amount for a dessert (vs. the larger menu items).

We had such high hopes from researching and reading reviews. The food was incredibly disappointing. The bone in NY strip steaks were so tough, it felt like a low end steak house. Even the diners next to us overheard our conversation and chimed in on their disappointment with their filet. No one came over to even ask about the steaks. Sigh. Too expensive for such low quality. Will never return.

Was Surprised by the new steak house at Bally's Las Vegas. Excellent choice of beef. We had 28 Day aged Porterhouse for two. Outstanding. Bread was an enormous puff bread. We got the recipe and plan on trying to make some. Appetizers, main courses and desserts were plentiful and tasty. lPan to return next Vegas trip. Equal to the food was the efficient and attentive service.

We had been to prior steakhouse at Ballys. Decor was outdated but good was excellent. This new BLT is a nice update as far as decor and room design. The good was as good as in the past. Would recommend the filet for main course, stuffed mushroom side and the tuna tartare starter. Portions are on the large side. The complimentary Popover and pate are a treat.

The Old Ballys Steakhouse was a place for peaceful elegance. An old style of Vegas to dress up and have a nice dinner for two. A place where you could feel like a millionvand be pampered. Good selections on food, wine and desert. The New BLT (by the way sounds like a sandwich shop) Is now more a sports bar with the LOUD TV's, NO dress code, limited selection of food, and not a care in the world by the management (we made comments to Casey about how we felt, and she said Yeah I know). The potatoes were instant. My Wife's filet mignon was peppered in blotches, one bite was spicy and the next bland, and overcooked, NO merlot. QUALITY was completely out the door. We did not feel it was worth $238.00, we felt ripped off. After 6 yrs never again.

Food overall was excellent although the American Wagyu ribeye steak was a little tough to chew - wasn't expecting that from wagyu steak. The asparagus and creamed spinach were delicious, but portion size was a bit small. The banana cream pie was awesome, but at $11/slice! Worth going to occasionally and really expensive for frequent visits.

Gone to Sterling Brunch many times over many years! I used to love, love, love it. Now l just like it since the new restaurant and the revamping of the brunch. I like that the brunch is now Sat & Sun. Disappointing presentation of the food and variety. Prior, the presentation was old school elegance with the serving stations made of brass and glass, now it is chic style. The lobster which was always my favorite and really the best reason to spend almost $100 on a brunch, was disappointing in size but not in flavor, if you like rosemary, which I do. I still think I prefer it broiled with butter and whole rather than broiled with rosemary and cut in halves. All in all it won't matter if we ever go back because now not worth the money.

I loved everything about this place! My husband and I were on our honeymoon and we decided to have dinner here because we are big fans of Gordon Ramsay. As soon as we checked in with the hostess she asked us if we were celebrating anything special, of course we said our honeymoon. I love that they went out of their way to ask that upfront and all of the staff afterwards including waiters and managers commented and congratulated us on our marriage. I thought this was a really great catch and made us feel really special and welcome. Our waiter, Omar, was absolutely amazing. prices are a little up there but pretty comparable to other steak houses in the area. Food was amazing! Cocktails were worth it! Loved it! We are definitely coming back :)

Our expectations were high having dined many times at LT's NYC and LA steak restaurants. The LV location seemed a bit out of place being located at Bally's which was not on par with expectations. The restaraurant's decor was nice but being adjacent / in Bally's casino was a drag on the restaurant tself. The regular cast iron pan presentation was off as they were cold. My wife's steak was overcooked and the "truffle mashed" potatoes should have been described as a purée - both were a disappointment. Both of us order steak medium rare, her's was closer to medium plus and mine was medium rare plus. The manager took her steak off the check as she should have. The one positive was the popovers met our expectations and were stellar.

I made a dinner reservation for one. I showed up on time and was asked if I minded waiting "5 to 10 minutes" while my table was prepared. I didn't mind. The bar staff were friendly and professional. 40 minutes later I minded very much. I bid the hostess good night as I walked out - she didn't even recognize me. Very disappointing.

Arrived for our 8:45pm reservation and were promptly seated. The lobster bisque had a good amount of lobster and wasn't too heavy. We shared the NY strip steak (16oz) which was more than enough. It was very lean and had a lot of great flavor. We ordered the potato skins as a side - way too many to finish. The popovers are amazing ... only good things to say about this restaurant and the service.
