"My 17 year old son and I had a 6 PM reservation on a Tuesday night. There were 2 diners in the restaurant and 2 people at the bar. The hostess walked us through the empty restaurant to a back table abutting a wall and the kitchen door. We thought she was goofing on us. It was so rude and uncalled for. We were then put next to the hostess station/cash register. The $20 appetizer came out cold and we waited 40 minutes for our entree. No one apologized for the wait and non of the servers asked if they could get us anything during this time. Very disorganized for a relatively small place and a pretty cold vibe for a "shack". The entree was good, but this is NY and there are much better options out there. Won't be back."

"Limited menu but the fried clams were very good--dessert was outstanding. Salad was oversalted. Not much of a lunch crowd on the day we went. Would like to try the main restaurant."
