If you want an elegant interior and extreme service, this is the place. If you want memorable chinese food, then look outside of the strip and go to Spring Mountain Road where Chinatown is located, five minutes west of the strip and you will eat royally without surrendering your house mortgage or retirement account. We had five dishes, no alcohol and the tab came to $185 for two. Worst, we felt the quality of food did not equate to what we paid and we became hungry after one hour of dining!

Loved the contemporary Asian feel to the restaurant, very upmarket, excellent food and wine list. Staff professional, friendly and helpful. If I lived in Vegas I would be a regular returnee.

Blossom has become one of my favorite restaurants in Vegas. It's tucked off the casino floor. You feel like you've walked down a hallway and into another calm world. The foie gras is the best I've had anywhere. There are so many items to try. The large variety of seafood is fresh. The service is attentive and quick. This will not be a two hour drawn out affair. That's fine with me! When I'm in Vegas I want to enjoy my meal and get on with the next thing.

My guest and I were amazed how many people were servicing our meal. We had probably six different people stop by our table before the food order was even taken, which was kind of strange. While the food was excellent, we both thought that it was kind of pricey. Other than that, it was a very good overall experience. The crisp fried Chilean sea bass was the standout, and the seafood chow fun was delicious.

My husband and I have now eaten at Blossom on our past three visits to Las Vegas and, as always, found it to be exceptional. Authentic oriental cuisine that is very fresh and appealing. Service is always spot-on and ambiance is welcoming, calm, and lovely. Our server this past visit was Jackson. Highly recommend asking for Jackson. A true gentleman who was very informative on menu descriptions and recommendations. Very pleasant and service oriented.

  • High end Chinese food that is great

Blossom is a very high end Chinese restaurant. Great food all around although the Sea Bass needs work (remove skin please). Good sauces. It is very expensive as you would expect to pay $100/person easily - which for Chinese food is pretty steep.

The food was the best we had while in Vegas and rivals any other restaurant we've eaten at anywhere. The steak was so tender, juicy and flavorful. The whole meal was a real delight. We truly enjoyed our dining experience here.

This was the second time dining at Blossom, and we weren't disappointed in the slightest. We came back both for the tranquil environment, and the excellent food. The wait staff is very attentive and accomodating. Blossom has become our favorite asian restaurant in Las Vegas.

Disappointed. The Pot Stickers had no flavor whatsoever. Very bland. The Chow Fun with chicken was only marginally better. Big portion sizes though and the service wass quick and attentive. Would probably be fun to go with a big group to taste a few more dishes though.

Awesome place to dine in Vegas! I went with my boyfriend for an intimate dinner and we had much more than that. We also took home a photo of us at dinner by a professional photographer. Can't wait to come back.

Extremely overpriced, underwhelming on every note... Lights were to bright in an otherwise beautiful room... Cooking was uninspired at best... Service was able if not somewhat clumsy. Not exactly sure what this place imagines m Itself as or it's customer to be, but whatever they are shooting for, one thing is for sure. THEY MISSED.
