They were impressed to see that a room at Conestoga, Waterloo Campus was set up like a restaurant and they liked the idea of helping the students "practice their craft". The buffet choices were okay but would have been better set up away from the kitchen. He had the tuna, and I had the veal. The meal was amazing! We keep talking about how excellent the food was. The service was great! It was an excellent dining experience. The menu was Chef's choice and everything that we were served was exceptional. Since this is a culinary school, you have to be willing to overlook the "small stuff" and appreciate that this is where the students learn their craft.
