Service was good but the food was amazing (Flavor, style, concept and drinks) Manager-owner was very friendly and the employees was on the top of the service....

The food was inventive and the presentation was as well. The staff was very attentive and we met one of the owners who came by our table to explain the inspiration for the name "Bloom" and the heritage of the cuisine. We were there because someone I work with raved about it. We were also there to gossip and laugh. However, we spent most of our time oohhhhh'ing and ahhhhhhh'ing about the experience. Go.
