  • As always, the food and service

As always, the food and service was excellent. My friends and I all enjoyed our meals. The wine list is not too extensive. All the wines should be organic/vegan-friendly, considering that this restaurant is known for healthy eating. Having more gluten-free vegan offerings would be great, including desserts sweetened with something other than sugar.

  • Our Valentine's evening at
    OpenTable Diner Since 2010

Our Valentine's evening at the Blind Faith Cafe was wonderful and exceeded any and all of our expectations! We've been regular fans of the Blind Faith for many years. We were blown away, however, by the elegance of the presentations! The quality of the food was no surprise, it was as fresh and delicious and creative as ever. The lower lighting and the soothing background music enhanced our Valentine's Day experience. It was a delightful evening at the blind Faith Cafe.

  • Simply one of my favorite
    Lille

Simply one of my favorite restaurants of all time, and one I gravitate to again and again whenever I am in Chicago. The premises have been updated and it has become more elegant. However the food is still created from the simplest, purest ingredients. The recipes are not-so-ordinary. You receive tht special, refined attention-to-detail entree that makes every dining experience an awesome occasion. The service is friendly and helpful. The dining room is warm, and comfortable. The coffee, tea, and deserts are excellent as well.

As a nonvegetarian, I didn't find the entrees very appetizing. Blind Faith should really promote their desserts because that is the restaurant's strength (for veges and nonveges).

The vegetarian food was outstanding, very tasty. I could not tell it was soy in place of real meat. Quiet and unobtrusive. Waiter was terrific, great service.

Well done, vegetarian fare. I had a vegetarian tagine that was outstanding. The mushroom rice soup lacked flavor, even after adding salt and pepper.

The ambiance was moderate but the service was great. I am a meat eater and I enjoyed the tostada with pepillo suace but I think if you add fresh salsa, it would give it a kick!
