"I went to Bleu with some friends not expecting much from a hotel restaurant... We were pleasantly surprised! The interior was classy, understated elegance, perfect backdrop for a nice meal and lively conversation. Our server was excellent: friendly and welcoming without becoming obtrusive, never had to ask for anything, it was already done. And the food! We had four different entrees and all four were delicious (particular faves were the blueberry and corn salad and the scallops and gnocchi). Portion sizes were generous and although we were full we decided to share the s'mores made with Reeces cups... It sounded a little weird but so glad we did, it was delicious! Bleu is pricey, before liquor our checks were around $50 a person."

"Restaurant decor was great. Nicely decorated and great Ambiance. Wait staff did a fine job. I ordered my filet medium and it was almost well done, it had just a touch of pink in the very middle. It was a very good quality steak though and still tasted good even though it was over cooked. My wife ordered the scallops and she said they were over cooked and rubbery. Normally I would have sent the orders back but we were in a hurry to catch a show. Overall based on the food I probably would not go back and I would be reluctant to recommend it to anyone. I am including a note to the restaurant to see if they call me for more details and feedback. I'll try to post something if they do."

Outstanding presentation and taste.
