We ate at the bar for the convinience of it, Bartender disappeared for a while, so we waited for drinks a little long even though the place was not busy at all, and there was not much going on. I used to run a high volume place in the city, I would probably have reprimand the bartender, she could have sold us another round of drinks, another bottle of sparking water, and desert because she was never there to ask; a total of $ 50 loss in revenue from us, if multiply by 5 people a day is $250 loss per day, and if she is in that habit that will a monthly loss of $7500, and $90,000 yearly. Poor management is expensive!
