  • "Of all the upscale outdoor dining in Anguilla, this turned out to be the least enjoyable. There was no breeze as it not right on the beach so it was uncomfortably warm at 8pm. Again, the other restaurants managed to be configured to have a breeze. Spent $200 for cocktails, glass of wine, appetizer and dinner for two, about $50 than the other places like Straw Hat or Mango's. The service and food was just ok and we left thinking we had just sort of an ok experience"

  • "We go to Blanchard's every year we are in Anguilla. We stay on the East end and drive the whole distance to the West end because of it's consistent quality. We are never disappointed. At night it's like being at a garden party. Save room for the coconut ice cream in a chocolate shell."

We rate Blanchards #1 on the island and would go more often if it wasn't so expensive. Although; There is no doubt that it is worth the money!   • "great food; amazing ingredients, given difficulty of local sources. Owner makes you feel welcome Only downside is service. Just like last year numerous, pleasant but uncoordinated servers. Asked 4 or 5 times, by different people, if we'd like some wine (ordered it at the first request) so next requests were just intrusions/reminders that wine hadn't arrived yet. Last year's visit included server pouring wine for us, then next server pouring our wine for adjoining table.... appreciate that Blanchard's is on open table since it's just about the easiest way to reserve a table."

  • "We booked this resteraunt on opentable, our hotel on Anguilla told us they had changed the reservation from Monday to Tuesday. When we arrived at the resteraunt on Tuesday the hotel had not changed the reservation but the staff at the resteraunt could not have been more accomadating. They were friendly and very courteous and sat us at a very nice table. We then had one of the best meals we have every enjoyed. I know the setting had something to do with it but the meal was outstanding. The menu was varied and all I can say was that everything was wonderful. We eat at many of the choice resteraunts on the island, Blanchard's was the best. I would say that Blanchard's is a must for anyone going to the island of Anguilla."

  • "terrible service detracts from food/experience. Might be different when the Blanchards are in town.we were asked three times for order by three different people over the course of five minutes (at least they were attentive). Drinks eventually came, drink order changed from bottle to two glasses. Then had our bottle in tableside wine bucket served to neighboring table. To their credit they comped the drinks. food great but caribbean sampler placed on table without any explanationif you go, try it, it's great, size is commensurate with price so I'd advise skipping any appetizer."
