(She's a hoot ... great!) Always an interesting menu for "foodies"; great service (thanks in part to Zoe), and an overall delightful experience. Beautiful facility and ambience. I've recommended the Black Bass to many, and those who've dined there always thank me for the advice. Dining room has huge windows looking out. Food is always fantastic. Portion sizes are reasonable--you do not leave feeling stuffed. Staff is always courteous and knowledgeable. Many have been there for years.

It sits along the banks of the canal system of the Delaware River in Upper Bucks County. They have a very nice menu with prime meats and assorted seafood items as well as fresh salads and tasty apps. The wine and drink selection will satisfy most diners and the dessert menu will have you staying for coffee too. My wife, son, and I were provided a corner table with a river view. My wife was pleasantly surprised with her birthday acknowledgements and gift. The food was excellent, the service was very good. The food was fantastic. The bar area is very charming. The restaurant was very full the night we were there and the staff seemed to be stretched a bit thin. Hoping that was not the norm. There is an outside lower level patio that overlooks the river. It's outfitted with fire pits & heaters for year round enjoyment.
