The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious and came fast, and the atmosphere is fun. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family!"

  • "I only go to Black Angus for special occasions. The food this visit was as expected, very good. But $2.50 for a spars serving of broccoli added to a $30 plate is really poor. The broccoli was overcooked as if it was from frozen. The steak was done nicely and had great flavor. Baked potatoeswas smaller than other eestablishments. What happened to the sea salt on the skin, this seems to have changed. If not for a special occasion I would not bother dinning here. I am able to grill my own Robert steak better, better cuts, thicker, much more tender. The steak served was not hardly a half inch cut, more like a 1/3 inch cut."

  • "I celebrated my birthday here with my wife and another couple. I had the grilled salmon with garlic mashed potatoes and it was excellent. My wife had a small filet mignon steak and she said it was one of the best she has had. Our server took excellent care of us all evening. The Cadillac Margaritas were fabulous! All in all it was a great evening. I highly recommend Black Angus Steakhouse."

  • "Could not find our reservation. Hostess not all that nice nor the two helping her. Got email about not showing up. Did get that straighten out. I changed reservation from 5 to 5:30. Have both confirmation emails and tried to show her. Wasn't interested. That started to put a damper on our 38th Anniversary Dinner until we got Laura again. She is such a sweetheart and did a great job serving us. "

Everyone was cheerful and made sure we had a good time. The food was beyond good. and the manager made sure my steak was done the finnakie way I like it. He's done this before.   • "We spend a lot of time at this restaurant. Their lunches and dinners can always be counted on to taste the same and bring new items periodically to their menu. We like to go here because the atmosphere is pretty quiet and one can hear their conversations. The service is good, but could be better. We normally order the Filet Mignon for dinner, which is always cooked to perfection and the side are good. The dress is semi casual which suits us fine. "

  • "Prices have increased and quality overall has decreased from the 80's. We ordered a couple of steaks and my wife had a ribeye which was full of fat and frankly was not a ribeye at all. It seemed like it was a different cut of steak all together. Not good quality. Even the baked potatoes were a bit overcooked (too black on the bottom). Overall it was a bland dinner. You also need to update the website coupons which were dated 2011! We actually came into the restaurant with a coupon not knowing at the time it was invalid. They did not honor out coupon. The anniversary dessert was good. There were only 5 other parties in the restaurant while we were dining and it seemed to be overstaffed with workers. "

  • "A great place for a special occasion. Nice and quiet and we were able to celebrate Mother's Day and our anniversary at the same time. We ordered the 6 oz. Top Sirloin medium rare. The steak cane to the table very nicely done, Exactly medium rare and was very juicy. Unfortunately both of our steaks were almost impossible to cut with the steak knife and after finally cutting off a piece it was extremely chewy. We each left one-third of our steak for a doggie bag and the dogs did enjoy the treat. We've had that entree before and it ws both juicy and tender...a real delight. This is the second time that a grilled steak was unacceptable. The steaks seem to be inconsistently prepared. "

  • "We loved having reservations because they were quite busy but our wait was short. We had a nice booth and noise level was not bad as we were able to talk with each other. The appitzers were very good. The steaks and lobster were done the way we asked. The service was a little slow but not bad for a busy day. We had different people coming around all the time to check to see if we had everything and our every request was taken care of quickly. Have always love the food at Black Angus and they didn't disappoint us this day. Great food and service for the price."

The only complaint was my son's steak was rare rather than medium but black on the outside and looked like the end chunk of something rather than a filet. All the other meals were perfect. The manager discounted the bill for the steak which made it better but still not the meal we always expect. It's our go-to special occasion place so we'll go back."

  • "Order the prime rib and it was tough, it was very hard to chew - rest of the meal was fine. Service was very slow even for a Holiday dinner. Waitress seem to forget us at times. We were seated about 5-7 minutes before she even approached our table and said she would be right back. Another five minutes passed and she finally came back and told our drink order. She WAS nice but seem stressed and pulled in to too many directions."

  • "This was a close to last minute thought. I am so glad it all turned out! My moms 86th birthday was so special! Our waiter, Phil was extra special. He made mom feel like a princess! Three generations, Easter Sunday, wonderful waiter, great food (she was thrilled with her lamb! that was an extra huge treat for her!) The lamb was so tender and wonderfully seasoned. Loved the fresh green beans with bacon. We even splurged and got the sampler appetizer- mom quickly and quietly grabbed the shrimp! I loved the zuchini. We were all so satisfied with our selection - What a blessed day!"

  • "This used to be one of the most reasonable steak houses around, but they have obviously cut back or gone with a cheaper supplier for their steaks. This is the second time in a row when someone in my party ordered the sirloin steak and it came out nearly inedible. It was tough, full of gristle, under-cooked and of the poorest quality possible. I am not even convinced it was sirloin, though that is how they billed it. When pointed out to the waitress, even she admitted it was not cooked properly. The manager took it off the bill...rightly since it could not be eaten, and offered up a replacement, but since the rest of the party was now finished eating, it was too late. Do yourself a favor and skip the sirloin...it's not worth it. "
