Black Angus Steakhouse - San BernardinointimateI have always appreciated the unique arrangement of the restaurant. it is exactly what I want, a calm and enjoyable meal with my family. I don't want to see and hear every narcissist or party animal or the latest sports activities and subsequent drama king reactions. We have stopped going to once "family friendly" restaurants because of the change to a 'sports bar' atmosphere. thank you for not changing. thank you for a kind and courteous staff. thank you for quality food. thank you for not pushing alcoholic beverages. it is worth our 45 minute drive to get to your restaurant .6/5/2013 12:00:00 AMSatisfied a CravingAll week I wanted Prime Rib. Finally convinced my kids we needed to go out for dinner. Not that my daughter isn't a good cook, but I thought she deserved a night off and this was my way of making sure she didn't cook and I didn't have to clean out the dishwasher...
Steaks were perfectly cooked, my kids both had the salmon and raved about it. My husband and I wanted a nice quiet and romantic place to be together before he left for his job for a few months. The place was just perfect for what we wanted. What a pleasant surprise to find that EVERYTHING has changed, for the better! They have a great selection, from appetizers and sides, to the main dishes. The best part? Everything tasted great! We had the Campfire Feast with grilled artichoke appetizer, caesar salads, garlic mashed potatoes (loaded), and broccoli, and for the entree, Prime Rib. It was all excellent! The menu choices are good also,with "something for everyone".We find,also that there is great value,with ongoing specials that we often utilyze.

We like to have a good glass of wine with our meals. As much as we enjoyed our service and meal at the San Bernardino Black Angus we will think twice about going there again because our only White Zinfandel option is Sutter Home.
