  • "Right off our server is making excuses. She got my wife's salad wrong, apologized but my wife ate it anyway. When our steaks (Filets) finally arrived my wife was terribly disappointed in the appearance (hers looked dried and crucified/burned) and they had this not so good butter on the steaks. If the butter was to enhance the flavor of the steaks it did a poor job. I had so much butter on mine that it soaked my side dish of French fries making them soggy. We asked for refills on our drinks & after 10 minutes had to flag our server down, & we got I'm sorry I forgot. This was NOT the quality or service that we normally get from our visits to Black Angus. Extremely disappointed in the food and service. Not a $50 dinner!"

  • "Me and my husband go to black angus at least 3-4 times a month and rave about it to my daughter. So when we took her and her whole family on Friday night it was the worst service we ever had and the food was tasteless and dry and the steaks over cooked with absolutely no flavor. We spent over $200 on our meals that night and frankly it would have been better spent somewhere else. The service was not what it had been in the past and I don't know if we will go back. It's a shame because I would rave about Black Angus on Facebook!!"

  • "I would really recommend this restaurant to anyone on really any day, with the exception of a holiday. Either the restaurant itself is way to busy or the staff is unprepared for the rush of people that will descend on the restaurant. We had reservations for 9:30pm and were finally seated at around 10pm. Meanwhile, people who were seated in the bar were walking over and helping themselves to tables. I do believe that they did try, but they had to know what to expect on this day, why then were they all so unprepared? All in all the service and food was unbelievable.. I love this place and I will come again.."

  • "My boyfriend and I had reservations on Valentine's Day, after making the reservation online for the first time I was a little skeptical but we got there and they checked us in right away, and we were seated within 15 minutes. Our food was WONDERFUL (as usual) and our service was great too. We frequent this restaurant at least once a month to take advantage of the Campfire deal for two, it cant be beat and this place never lets us down. I hope the staff of this location were all given a raise because it was a mad house on valentines day and they handled it beautifully. THANKS AGAIN BLACK ANGUS :)"

  • "Made reservations for 6:45, checked in at 6:40. Waited 15 minutes after reservation time,walked up to ask how many people we ahead of us.The light haired girl, with blue eyes and a piercing in her nose didn't even allow me to ask my question, she said I still have to seat the people who were hear since 5. I was not angry, I was being friendly, knowing how busy it was. So, I said I was trying to see how many more people are ahead of us, she looks at her list, says, snotty, 7-8 people are ahead of you. She never looked at me or smiled, she was rude. We made reservation because of wait time, we have children, waiting 15 minutes is unacceptable, a rude hostess made us leave. Restaurants should not allow reservations if they can no hold to them."

The waiter was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the different options on the menu. The food was delicious and was prepared quickly without us having to wait for too long. The atmosphere was also very enjoyable with nice, clean surroundings and a low to moderate noise level. The meal serving two people with appetizer, main course, dessert and drinks cost just over $80 with a 20% tip. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone."

  • "We had 12 noon reservation, arrived about 11:55, greeted and checked in. There were 14 people waiting that didn't make reservations, told there's about 20-25 min wait, we also noticed there were alot of open tables. There were 2 hosts at the front desk, checking people in, answering phone ect. On the wall, the Valentines Special, "sounded great"! As we had our 89 yr old mother, with walker, I reaffirmed with the hostess that we did have a 12 reservation and would like to get seated. We were seated a few minutes later, our waiter was right there, menus on the table, asked what was the Valentines Specials, didn't start til the evening dining, OOPS! Service good, nothing special about the food."

They had no flavor and looked lumpy, like this potato was just scooped out of a baked potato. I let the manager know all this as we were leaving. We eat there often and this was very bad this time"
