While it is rarely suprising, it is consistently a nice meal. My favorite thing about Black Angus is the quiet. Because of the booths, the noise level is always very low, much lower than many much more expensive restaraunts. The environment was fun, and the tall booths gave us a real sense of privacy which was great. The food was absolutely delicious -- pleasing the adults as well as the 13-yr-old. The pricing of the dinner special was affordable and very reasonable for the quantity and quality of the food received. But I think choosing Black Angus in Monrovia was the best choice we could have made. I took my wife out for a Valentine dinner, and we had such a great time. The service was great, the ambiance was nice, and we shared a lot of good laughs together because of the whole mood of the restaurant. It was just as comfortable as home. Thats the most important aspect of a restaurant. The food is always good here, but what is good food without a perfect setting? We will definitely be coming back here soon.2/14/2013 12:00:00 AM
