  • "If you want a steak that will melt in your mouth, you must go to the Black Angus. They are generous in their servings and the food is absolutely delicious. We go there particularly for their Filet Mignon. The staff is very kind and courteous. They offer coupons and also if you sign up for it a free meal on your birthday with another meal of equal value."

  • "Great Food, friendly service, QUIET and private tables, and priced well. Always something different on the menu to entice you to stray from the same thing that you usually order. And then you will come back again another night to order your favorite traditional food that you love!"

  • "I had a 6:30 reservation. My long wait by the hostess station proved the hostesses and manager were completely incompetent. The manager yelled at the hostess at least three times for seating the wrong people, including a WALK-IN party of TEN! Not only was 'the wrong' party of ten seated before the rest of us with reservations, the manager also felt the need to sneak in the other party of ten before we were seated. After witnessing this - and about twenty groups being told they had five minutes - I went to the manager at 7:05. I was shown a wad of tickets and told I was next - no apology for the wait. Six more tables were sat while the rest of us with reservations continued to wait. At 7:20 my father and I were sat in the loud bar."

  • "I went to this restaurant for dinner party with my coworkers. Food is more delicious than I expected. I think that the tastes is as good as Keg. I ordered full pound prime rib. The volume is enough, and I take leftover to home. Price is not less expensive. But I think that it is reasonable accounting for the taste."

  • "We ordered 3 filets all rare, they cqme out at three different levels of medium to medium - well. The steak had silverskin throughout and was very bland and had to be doused in steak sauce to have any flavor. The asparagus was ok, but a bit charred. The service was a bit slow at the end of our meal."

  • "I made reservations for 6pm on the 15th of June, we waited till 6:25pm to be seated. We were seated at a table for 4, which was a tad bit crowded. We watched folks being seated that came in and said they had a reservation but it could not be found. That is the oldest trick in the book. So you make friends with the folks that come in with no reservation and tick folks off that had a reservation. There were folks that were seated at a table for 8, with a party of 3. Need to learn not to seat people early with no reservation in hopes they will be gone by the time the reservations start showing up. I have never seen such thin Rib Eye Steaks in my life."

  • "The dinner for two was perfect, more than enough food for two. I was disappointed that you no longer carry Reisling. The teri tops were cooked to perfection and the service was great. There was a man that had a few too many cocktails at a table near us,that became pretty obnoxious. I mentioned this to the server, but nothing was done about it. As a matter of fact, he was served two more drinks! Lucky for us, he drank them very quickly and then left."

  • "We visit the Black Angus for special occasions since it is a bit out of the way for us. Special occasions include birthdays and whenever my whole family is available (rare) and decide on the same restaurant (not so rare when it comes to the Black Angus!). Being able to make reservations with Open Table really is a plus because the lobby is pretty full on weekends. Other pluses besides the great menu selection and perfectly cooked steaks is the occasional coupon they offer in the paper (saved me $32!) and the bonus mileage points on the Chase card! Definately will return again!"

  • "We eat there all the time love the campfire feast great for a family of four. However this last time the new York steaks were undercooked when they arrived and very tough. After sending the meat back we got burnt meat and very fatty. Could not eat had to take it home to the dogs. My daughters went in to check in while I looked for parking. Half the parking lot was taken up with oversize furniture trucks and only two handicap spots. The host was rude saying he called our names however the girls did not respond. His quote was "I have a booming voice". My family was outside waiting in the rain with about 50 other customers and no one came out side to get them. Worst time we have ever had."

  • "We brought our daughter here for her graduation dinner. We had a party of 10. I reserved ahead of time. Our service was terrible...took over 15 minutes to get kids menus. My son got the wrong sides with his meal, myself and my mother-in-law ordered steaks to be cooked medium, they were served well done, very tough and only slightly warm. The tv's were so loud we could hardly carry on conversation. As we looked around the area where we were seated it was very apparent that none of the guests were even engaged in the tv. The area was not busy at all. We requested to have them turned down via the manager and our server but it never happened. We were very disappointed. The last few times we have visited this location we have been disappointed."

  • "We enjoyed are delicious filet's, but we usually are seated more towards the front. There were several tables open that our hostess passed by to seat us along the back. Although one of our party has difficulty walking and is a bit overweight, she offered us a SMALL table for four of us on the back wall. There was a larger booth across the aisle which we asked and where we were allowed to sit. However, we found out as the evening progressed that it was a main traffic pattern for the wait people and witnessed many near collisions of the staff. Very distracting."

  • "We made a reservation for 6:15 showed up at 6pm and still did not get seated till 6:45pm. What made it even more frustrating was them seating others that arrived after use , told because they had a larger group. Then top that off the waitress took 30min to take our order, and told use 3 time when passing us she be right with us. This lead to a very bad experience. "

  • "The Black Angus (originally Stuart Anderson's Black Angus) franchise is an original Northwest classic. The Early West décor is well done, and the high backed booths generally give reasonable privacy. The menu is basic steakhouse meats, with fish and poultry to round out combos, generally of very good value- meats are properly cooked and tender, sides are consistently good, and the desserts are sinfully rich and large enough for sharing (even the cookie!). The cheesy bread and grilled artichoke are particularly great appetizers - simple but delicious. The service is generally very good, and appropriate for the ambiance - competent, friendly, chatty if your party is so inclined, and attentive. We just wish Lynnwood would reopen for Lunch!"

  • "Our wonderful Mother's Day dinner was given to us by James, the manager of the Lynnwood Black Angus, as a "rebate" for the ONE bad time we had a couple of weeks before. And let me say this, it was FABULOUS! Our waitress, Stephanie, was great, the food was OUTSTANDING, and the booth where we sat was quiet and away from the hubbub of the front area. This dinner restored my faith in Black Angus as one of the best restaurants in our area. Thanks, James, Stephanie, and even Jose the bubbly busboy! Will be back next month!"

  • "We took my wife there for Mother's Day dinner it was easy to make reservations they seated us on time at our table and was adequate for my family, food was good, service was excellent it made for a very enjoyable time."

  • "The service was excellent. We made a reservation but still had to wait a while for a table. Dessert was amazing but our steaks were just not good. My wife had a filet mignon; it came in a unusual shape and it had strips of fat through it, that was a first for us. I had a New York and it just wasn't what it should have been. Probably worse steak house experience because of bad steaks. Spend the extra $20 on your dinner and go to The Keg."

  • "The evening for our group of six was just great thanks to the teriffic waitress who was both attentive and cheerful. The only disappointment at all was the "side dish" of beans which were tough (maybe undercooked to the extreme?). My date and I had the sirloins on the "feast for two" offering and the steaks were done to pefection but we should have ordered asparagus instead of the beans as suggested by our server. I am still working on the huge dessert, chocolate cake and ice cream"

  • "It was so easy to reserve a table online (from my phone). Once we arrived at the restaurant we were seated right away in the dining area. We then realized "happy hour" was only in the bar area so the staff was happy to move us (a group of five) into the bar area. It was super quick and easy. I had a wonderful experience, staff was friendly, food delivered quick, and very tasty! Totally recommend this restaurant to all! We will be back for sure. Thank you Black Angus! "

  • "The appetizer was great! We had the platter, we each had a salad and both had prime rib. The entree came before the salads , and the prime beef was about a 1/4 in and raw. We sent them back and got the salads which were not that great. The prime rib was still raw and very hard to cut. The cheesecake was good. So the best part of dinner was the appetizer. Will not go back."
