    I have never eaten at Black Angus and treated my girl to dinner. We both ordered the steak with shrimp, lobster, broccoli cheese, and garlic mashed. The mashed potatoes were out of a box with a hint of garlic. The steak was good, but looked like 4oz instead of 8. The lobster was plain and overdone. The broccoli and potatoes were barely warm. For the price, I will stick to Outback.

    This is the first time I have visited this restraint and it was quite a nice experience. The food was delicious and the prices reasonable. The booth we sat in was high sided and kept the noise level down. The blackberry ginger ale was delicious as are the wedge salads. They definitely don't skimp on portion size. I will definitely be back for a special occasion.

    Steak was good but our garlic potatoes were very cold upon serving them. Surprisingly they weren't packed for veterans day and was a pleasant evening. We asked for the ice cream on the side of our desert but they put it on the desert and then scraped it off. A few errors with our meal orders.

    We went to Black Angus to participate in their Veterans Day appreciation special (free appetizer). We had a lot of places to choose from, but my husband really loves the food at BA. Our first problem was when we were told that the appetizer we wanted (the Wagon Wheel sampler) was the only appetizer not available on the promotion. Then we waited a long time for our entrees. We had our two kids with us, and their meals finally arrived, but the kids were done and getting restless by the time our food showed up 15-20 minutes later. There were no apologies, and the restaurant wasn't any busier than usual. We usually have great service there, and we will most likely go back, in spite of this disappointing occasion, but my husband did remark that it's a good thing this wasn't our first visit, because he wouldn't go back if it had been his first impression.

    We do not eat out very often due to our food allergies. However this time we felt we should explore the local neighborhood. We booked reservations 45min in advance(for 6:30pm Friday night) arrived 15min late due to traffic, waited not even 60seconds before being escorted to our table. When booking I asked for a gluten free menu in the special instructions and sure enough there was one on our table. Server was polite, well educated and, very prompt upon serving us. I also thanked and made the general manager aware of how pleased we were.

    I ordered the filet mignon and it was excellent. Unfortunately, our server mixed up the steaks and 4 of them went to the wrong person. We didn't immediately notice because the sides matched. Once we began eating, we noticed the wrong cuts of steak on the plates. We also asked for water repeatedly and it was never brought to the table. Overall, the food was very good.

    I came for crab legs. No longer served. WE ordered Filet Mignon, it was too dry. blackened crust on the outside. Very poor quality poorly cooked. Not just one, but all four we ordered were like that. A disgrace. We will eat at Stanford's. Not comimg back again.

    The food was pretty good. Prime rib 8oz rare came out perfect. The sirloin and fries disappeared quickly from my son's plate. The garlic mashed potatoes received rave reviews form my daughter. The fried shrimp had more breading than shrimp, though. The deserts were huge and pretty tasty. The service was a bit on the slow side. Even though the servers' station was right next to our table, the server was hard to find.

    We have visited Black Angus on numerous occasions and enjoyed good service and food, but our recent visit will make us hesitant to return. We were seated facing a service cubicle that was not particularly attractive. Our server was courteous but not very attentive or friendly. We were very disappointed when the strawberry shortcake dessert arrived, poor presentation, and tasted as bad as it looked.

    Went to dinner with my mom and 2 yr old son with a coupon. We were looking for a nice glass of red wine to go with dinner, but there were only 5 to choose from. The wedge salad was hard to eat so we only got through half. The steaks took quite a long time. With a toddler, that can be a challenge. Luckily I brought some snacks, but it would've been nice to have his meal come out sooner. Our steaks were done perfectly. the baked potato was very dry, even though it had butter and sour cream. Lastly desserts looked great, if you were to eat it there. But if you wanted to take it home, there seemed to be only one option that you can leave off the ice cream. Overall, so so dinner, not so attentive server. Worth coming if there's a coupon.

    Reservations for a party of 13 for 7:30 PM. . They sat us in a reasonable amount of time. Waitress was pleasant and took beverage order and then food order. It took about 15 minutes till beverages showed up . I went to the mens room while waiting for food, on the way back I heard [MGR] telling wait staff that they were out of Prime Rib, and our party had ordered it. As I returned to my seat our food orders were being delivered which gave me some relief. As the plates were being served I was very dissapointed to see what was to be 1/2 lb. portions where at best 6- 7 oz. As a Chef I know portions. Believe that they took our orders before knowing what they had on hand and just made enough to go around with what they had left.

    We went in on a Saturday for the first time. Wow what a difference. The staff were unprepared for the rush. We've been in on weekdays and had a much better experience. If this was my first experience I don't think I'd be back.

    Had one of their lunchtime favorites consisting of a choice of drink (coffee, tea, milk, or soda), a choice of entree with 2 side dishes (several to choose from for entree and sides) and a dessert of 2 cookies. For the entree enjoyed a tender and juicy 6 oz filet mignon and 2 chocolate chip cookies for dessert. This particular lunchtime selection was $17.99. Warm molasses dark bread with soft butter preceded the meal. Our server Aaron did an excellent job.

    My entire family minus my youngest ordered steaks. We ordered off the campfire menu and got 3 ribeye steaks (paid an extra $3 each for those gems) and 1 New York. My youngest got a chicken strip kids meal. So for starters, the kids meals chicken strips are the exact same product as their "boneless buffalo wings" just little hunks of chicken maybe 2 1/2 inches in size, coated in Panko and you get 3. They are dinky and gross. Kids aren't panko eaters. Deserts were great. Steaks were the worst things I have ever seen. Makes me sad because we have tried twice now to see if maybe the 1st time it was a Ribeye fluke, but it wasn't. They didn't even all look the same cut of meat. And for a $120 bill then a $20 tip....just isn't worth it anymore.

    The food is really good and for what you pay you get a lot of food....I went there with my best friend to celebrate her birthday and it was awesome. The wait staff were awesome...They sang the Happy Birthday song to her and then they gave her a big chocolate chip cookie and ice cream for free....The restaurant was very clean and presentable....I will definitely go back again.

    For dinner enjoyed the "Campfire Feast for Two" for $58. The feast consisted of 1 shared appetizer, a selection of 2 entrees with each entree having 2 selected sides, and 1 shared dessert.     My grandson and his girl friend (young, he's Air Force) were seated first and ordered drinks while I went to the restroom. They/we were seated on the "kitchen run" aisle: waiters, managers up and down the aisle all dinner long. Can you tell me please, why are these tables not the last to be filled? There were other tables available. I did not want to make a big deal over it and embarass my guests by asking to move. (I guess that would be more like MY embarassing them.) No, I do not dine there often, thus they do not know me, but guess who's going to be the "fussy" one if I treat again. Maybe it was because it was a lady making the reservation instead of a man?

    The restaurant called me to ask why I was late. I had an email confirmation for 2 hours later than they had in their book. Luckily the food was good. The prime rib was great but my husband's top sirloin was chewy. Good value.

    Hello, overall our experience was good thanks to our waitperson (Justin) Asked specifically for the garlic potatoes to be extra extra hot, I had to send them back as they were barely warm, they came back not much better.     Black Angus celebrated its 50th anniversary this year! And the food is just as tasty as ever. Warm molasses bread, steaks cooked just right, and Moscow Mules in commemorative glasses were the highlights. We appreciated the color crayons and high chair for our toddler and it was easy to reserve a table for 9. Two things could have been better though: the corner booth and disorganized servers. It was impossible for the servers to reach down to the end of the table because it was enclosed on 3 sides. We had 3 servers for some reason, and the main one apologized a lot, and seemed tired. But, the food came out quick and hot, so we had a great time!

    We joined another couple for dinner, and had a great time. Due to a coupon special, each couple enjoyed an appetizer, a great dinner, and dessert for ~$40 (plus tax plus tip). We also shared a good bottle of wine for under $20. Definitely a place we'd return to.

    For dinner had the 8 oz prime rib special (served all day every Wednesday for $17.99) and included a choice of 2 sides and a slice of mud pie for dessert. The prime rib and the sides (chosen from 16) were very good. The mud pie was good-sized and refreshing. Warm sweet molasses dark bread with soft butter preceded the meal. Excellent service with a smile was provided by Pinky.

    Love the high backs of the booths. Very intimate and quiet. The service was good. Soup came and it about 5 minutes to get someone's attention. Other than that everything was very good and delicious.

    My friends and I love to do their lunch right when they first open up on Saturdays and the food and service are always great. The witstaff is friendly and very helpful and 2 different managers came around a couple of times to ask how we were doing and if everything was ok. I've gone to happy hour, too and it's a whole different place with great drinks and Bulls Eye Bar appetizers.

    We celebrated my husband's birthday dinner with friends. We meet in the bar and had wonderful service with a bartender that was extreamly knowledgeable. The server at our table had a very outgoing personality that our group enjoyed. The food was excellent! Looking forward to going back for another dinner.

    We needed a private setting for a business lunch, so we asked for one of the high-backed booths. That setting proved perfect for our 90 minute discussion. Staff was attentive but did not interrupt the flow of our business.

    It started out pleasant until being contacted by two wait staff fighting over who is serving us. The wait person was short and not informative the appetizer had a large beetle cooked into. The steaks had no flavor filet mignon and prime rib. Attempting to find waiter for bread and drink refill was a task. When told about beetle waiter said "oh I have only seen that once before and I have been here a year" the dessert cake was hard and the fudge burnt. Not a memorable anniversary.

    made reservation for 6-15th, on 6- 5th, for 7pm & calld 2 days ltr to add 2 ppl, when arrived we had to wait 20 min.,due to it being a very busy day we did not mind. We were called & hostess stated for 6 ppl, I told her no it was changed to 8 ppl, so we had to wait again. Our table was still not ready,when we were seated,+ they had to find 2 chairs. We ordered 3 campfire feast & 1 cobb salad. All appetizer's came at a different times,1 was given to another table first. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, we slowly getting our main course, still waited for 3 side orders +Cobb salad was 10 min after we all got our food. On top of it we had a birthday and we mentioned it many times, by the time we got that, the kitchen was closed. Bread plates dirty

    We ordered the salmon, the chicken and two rib eye's. The salmon was done to perfection but the chicken was so overcooked it was like shoe leather and not edible. The steaks were awful, overdone on one end and cold rare on the other. Half the steaks were left also as inedible. Granted it was a busy night but to run out of coffee cups was inexcusable. We left a tip for the waiter because she was very apologetic and I believe doing her best but we really didn't want to pay for our meals. The steak soup was very good though but not enough to get us to go back.

    We had dinner at Black Angus on Father's Day. It was a busy night. It took over 30 minutes for a child's order of Mac n' cheese. At least the manager comped it for us. It was like pulling teeth getting our drinks refilled. I felt like we hardly saw our server. She brought out 3 of our salads and it took about 15 minutes for the rest of us to get ours. And only when we mentioned it to her. Also plates from appetizers and salads weren't cleared for a while.
