Since there were 6 of us, we used the coupon 3 times and received a lot of food (wagonwheel sampler, 2 entrees and a dessert) per use. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Definitely a great place to go if you have a special occasion and a nice size party."

  • "Took a family member here for his birthday, and the waitress graciously allowed us to use the coupon (with 2 different dinner options on it) that we had clipped from a mailer. My steak wasn't tender, and the giant prawns were mushy in spots, and the sweet potato fries were nothing special. My companion's roasted vegetable salad was bland, with indistinct flavors: totally uninspired. It was nice that the servers brought the birthday cookie and ice cream unbidden... which was a big hit (oven-warm chocolate chip cookie - how could it go wrong?). And the bread pudding was pretty wonderful. But all in all, we were disappointed in our dinners, and will probably not return. Very disappointing for a Black Angus restaurant."

The ambience has changed and the quality of food has diminished. It didn't help that two of the three steaks ordered were overcooked and tough. Second foolish thing I did was order the combo with the lobster tail. sure enough it was overcooked as well making it rubbery and tasteles. I will not recommend this place for dinner but would feel fine recommending it for getting a burger at lunch. How bad could their cooks screw up a hamburger, right?"

  • "I invited friends out for a special dinner and was shocked at the awful service. I was so embarrassed as I was expecting a nice time and wanted it to be a special treat for them. It took at least an hour to get our food at which point we were so hungry we couldn't enjoy it and definitely didn't dare send the steaks back which were undercooked and had absolutely no seasoning. The waiter was very nice and professional but his personality couldn't possibly make up for the lack of customer service this restaurant displayed. I will not be returning at least to this location."

We love to come to Black Angus brecause the booths are very quiet and everyone can hear each others conversations. There are hardly any other restaurants that you can go to that people aren't talking so loud and the atmosphere is deafening."

  • "Our server, I think his name was Charles, was very attentive. We had the special top sirloin, lobster, and shrimp. The shrimp was good. Steak was ordered medium and was very overcooked. The lobster tail looked more like a crayfish tail. It was tiny any so overcooked, it was like rubber. The bread was great, but going to a steakhouse, i expect good (cooked to order) steak. Very disappointing. Too many other restaurants out there to try to waste another visit here."
