We went with another couple and had a wonderful time. We talked about 1 hour after we finished. The waitress and staff were very nice. I had flowers ordered and they were there on the table for the ladies. The prime rib dinners were great. I knew the Brand from living on the West coast. I had never eaten in the bar area. Reasonable & interesting for that restaurant. The wooden chairs at the table were a bit wobbly where I felt the need to switch to the "other", which was better. They May have been purposely like that - I didn't care for it - but, Oh Well.
I ordered the Pesto Salmon. Having moved from the Pacific NW, I had had more than my share of salmon over the yrs. THIS plate was Great - light, cooked through, Moist & Very tasty w/ the fine pesto sauce. I ordered wild rice and cole slaw for my (2) side choices. The rice was cooked Just Right. It is defiantly worth the money. The booths offer privacy and keep the restaurant very quiet. This was the first time that I utilized the 'on-line' reservation system. It was great! Not only did I receive an immediate confirmation but I also received a 'day-before' reminder.
