Went there for Valentines Day, never again! Two hours of our lives were wasted. Just don't waste your time, poor management and poor service. Food didn't come out right as they ran out of most items. That was one horrible experience we ever had.

Enjoyed the food. Service is what really stood out. The server was pleasant to talk with and very attentive. The chef walked around to table, introducing himself and inquiring how the meal was. We enjoyed our evening, will return again.

We went for the Valentines Day set menu. It was supposed to be five courses and a champagne toast. First, we waited about 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Then, we didn't even get the first course for 30 minutes (which takes us to 8:45). We finally got the first course and got to order, and they were sold out of filet (a set item on their menu) so they gave me a strip instead. The next course (bread) came about about 20 minutes after finishing the first tuna tartar, and each additional course followed the same pattern. We didn't leave until 10:30, and our reservations were at 7:45. And lastly, we never got the champagne that was included into our meal price. It was horrible.

Worst service experience we have ever had at a restaurant. After being seated for an hour, we had only been served the first course of the Valentine's Day 6 course dinner. We were then advised that they had run out of our entree selection. We agreed to a specific substitute, but we were served an entree different than what was agreed on. The hostess tried to be helpful with our inquiries regarding the slow service and entree issues, but she was powerless, and the managers took over 30 minutes to respond to us. We will not be returning to this restaurant.

Although the appetizers were quite good, I made the mistake of ordering a steak (NY Strip). It was over-cooked. They brought it back and told me that it was rare (it was not.) And it just was an awful steak regardless of the doneness. We noticed that a diner also ordered a steak that they did not like. I almost never send anything back or complain about the food, but this was really not good. I expected a lot more from this restaurant

We LOVE this restaurant. The food is superb, the service is professional and friendly, and it is quiet enough for a romantic dinner for two. Add in half price bottles of wine on Tuesday and it is surprising we ever go anywhere else.
