My husband works in the area, so whenever we have theater tickets I meet him for an early dinner at Bistro Milano. We've been eating here for years, and the food is always good, nicely presented, and the service is friendly and efficient. It's a restaurant we can count on in Midtown.

My girlfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed dinner. The food was outstanding! The location is ideal and although it was too cold, I'm sure the outside dining would be a lot of fun! Would definitely go back.

We truly enjoyed the celebration of two of the four at dinner. Our waitress was outstanding! I requested candle on dessert for each of the two celebrating birthdays, we didn't order dessert, so waitress brought them each scoop of ice cream with a candle...and I did not have to remind waitress, at all. We were not rush in/out, delightful! and food was truly delicious.

Had some difficulty finding the restaurant because they list their address as 1530 Avenue of the Americas however, they are actually on 55th between 5th and 6th. Our experience at Bistro Milano was good. The food was good but not outstanding. The service was very good, not overly bearing but still attentive. We were pleasantly surprised with the wine special. I would recommend to friends.

We've eaten at Bistro Milano many times, since it is very close to my husband's office. We always get a warm welcome when we arrive, and attentive service. Food is overall good, reasonably priced, and nicely presented. Nothing special by NY standards, but comfortable and pleasant.
