Bistro Jeantyit was a pleasure.Well, that is what sums it up.."it was a pleasure to eat here". Every time I said thank you to the waiter he would say in French, 'my pleasure'. No really it was my pleasure to be able to have a wonderful sunday lunch. The flavors exploded in my mouth. The vegetable tureen to the last course an apple tart...this meal was truly a complete pleasure. The French know how to eat and drink and thank goodness we get to experience it. In the dictionary pleasure means enjoyment or satisfaction...well need I say anything more. Excellent without the sometimes pasty texture that more processed pate' can have. My wife had the quiche while I had my favorite - Cassoulet. We could not have asked for a better meal. Service was perfectly attentive - there when you needed them but not intrusive. We sat on the Patio on a perfect Napa Valley morning.
