There have been many times when we've gone out for a holiday and the service or food have been mediocre. That was not the case here. Our waiter was friendly and accommodating. We were not rushed through our meal. The food was fantastic and reasonable priced, as well. Just lovely!5/4/2013 12:00:00 AMA Classic and a FavoriteBistro Garden has been one of my favorites for many years. It has a beautiful ambiance - like being in a garden with plants and twinkle lights. The bar has the world's best Greyhounds, made only with freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, and a great cocktail menu. The service is always excellent - you are never rushed, nor are you looking around wondering what happened to your waiter. Live music is provided by a great pianist who plays classics, standards and Broadway. Very pleasant, never intrusive.
Mauricio, the maitre d', is warm and welcoming.
We've always treated Bistro Garden like an "occasion" restaurant, but we've decided to visit more frequently.
