  • "We picked this restaurant from a list of suggested restaurants in Collingswood before going to a concert. We were not disappointed. The server suggested the gnocchi sampler (house speciality) as an appetizer. It was delicious and getting to sample 3 different toppings was perfect for 2 to share. The scallops special was prepared perfectly and even the bread tasted fresh backed. We will definitely return so we can try the other dishes we didn't have room for this time. If you go, remember it's BYOB."

  • "Had a good meal with family here, only negatives: 1) Place is small, so very tight seating between tables, which makes it loud and you can hear your neighbors conversations. 2)Our table was by the door and it was raining and cold so that was uncomfortable for my father who sat closest to the door which kept opening and closing. 3) When I made the reservation on open table, we noted we were celebrating a birthday and when dessert came out they didn't put a candle in it, but we had seen dessert go out to other tables with candles in it. 4) My husband ordered the lamb special: 4 Pieces for 37.00 was way over priced... all in all everyone else food was good. Reservations are a must on Saturday nights if you want to dine here."

  • "We made a last minute reservation on a Friday night which happened to be the last night of restaurant week. there was a special menu for the night. The food as always was delicious. From our mussels and eggplant as appetizers to the next course of pasta and gnocchi then the main course of scallops and the other had the smoked seafood over linguini special (which we hope is put on the regular menu), ending with desert. The service was fantastic as well....thanks Stephen! And just note too that we frequently order from bistro to go......You just can't beat that deal"

  • "My family and I went here on Friday night. The hostess was miserable. We were seated by the window and our server Tim was very nice and attentive. The salads, soup, and appetizers were all good. Everyone claimed that their meals were good but agreed that the roasted potatoes were awful. We ordered cannolis for dessert. They tasted like they were from the Acme and we only partially filled."

  • "I have eaten here before with a function from work. This time it was just me and my husband. The table behind me was about 12 people or at least it sounded like it. They were boisterous and it ruined the mood. The food was dissappointing. I hd a cappallini and shrimp dish that lacked flavor. It was supposed to have a garlic wine sauce. It was bland...my husband had a special appeizer with eggpland that was odd tasting...again the sauce tasted bland and his meal was a special that was okay. Our salads were caesar and had too much dressing... The serice was great. Our waiter was very attentive. But the food and the mood left us feeling it was Just an overall average experience."

  • "We had a group of 10 friends who dine together at different places a couple of times a year. Everyone enjoyed this restaurant very much. We were greeted immediately when we arrived. Our servers were extremely helpful and respectful to each person in the group. The food was well prepared and excellent. We will return during the nice weather in order to dine in the outdoor courtyard. We especially appreciated the ability to carry on conversations in a normal speaking voice. The music was kept at a background level and so the noise level was moderate because diners did not have to shout over the music to be heard. Thank you."

  • "The food was great, especially the Gnocchi, which I and my sister thought was the best we had ever had. The menu had a lot to choose from and would definitely come again to try other entrees. I believe Tim was our waiter and he was very attentive and patient while we tried to make up our minds on what to get. Even in winter the tomatoes were great for the Caprese. Everything was fresh and the meal was fantastic. My wife told one of the owners, that even though it was rated #4 on one website I looked at, it was definitely #1 in my rating and I have been to just about every Italian Restaurant in Collingswood. We'll definitely be back"
