It is off a very busy road and in a mini mall type area. We were not expecting too much since it was not on the long list of recommendations in Maui. We were shocked at how good the food was! One of our best meals in Maui. Decent prices, good portions, and very fresh and flavorful food! Definitely a spot were the locals frequent (as the restaurant was packed on a friday night) and you can tell why! Don't miss out on this gem while you in the Maui airport area.5/31/2013 12:00:00 AMA pleasant surpriseStopped into this restaurant near the airport in Kahuli to spend some time before our flight and was greeted by a very fun and friendly host (who may have been the owner). We were then treated to one of the all time excellent servers (her name escapes me, but she is a young blonde woman, sweet and present and knowledgeable.) Great food, consistantly good service and terrific happy hour. Try the squid ink pasta none other like it. They also just added lobster to the menu, perfectly cooked.
