Lunch patrons will be served a tasting menu consisting of three to four courses. The menus change weekly, reflecting the culinary skills that the students are learning that week.
The Bistro at The Oaks is a part of the Hall County's Lanier Charter Career Academy (LCCA), a new state of the art Teaching, Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Conference facility. Students receive real-life experience and insight into opportunities available to them in the food service and hospitality industry. The bistro is staffed by the culinary and hospitality students of LCCA under the management of Instructor/Chef Chris Mitas.Continued
