"Had a great time at Bistro Aix and the food was lovely. Only caveat was our waiter only checked on us once right after our food arrived, so while we both would have liked to have another drink and a refill on our waters, we didn't get either, as our waiter was nowhere to be found. Other than that, we both enjoyed the food and atmosphere."

"Sat at the bar in the early evening where it was sunny and lively and a much more fun atmosphere thanks to the great bartenders and hostess! Loved the Ahi Tuna with to-die-for mashed potatoes and amazing light "crispy fried spinach." Persimmon bread pudding is not to be missed!"

"On this, our second visit, we were seated in the back 'atrium' room. While the food was again excellent, the service this time was only "ok" - and the ambiance of the atrium room is far inferior to seating in the front room. Recommend Aix for the food and the superb wine list - but for those seeking an intimate bistro setting, ask to sit in the front."

"We had a good experience. The newly enclosed back yard with the beautiful olive tree in the center and new wall decor is wonderful. The dinner was good, except nothing spectacular in food or presentation. I was upset when I asked that my French fries be very well done and they came to the table barely cooked. The waiter said he would bring another order of well done fries, but it put a damper on my meal as I wanted the fried to be eater with the steak.
The wine list is impressive although, although I thought the prices and selection was on the expensive side. I brought a bottle for a $20 corkage charge, but it was well decanted."

"First time back since Bistro Aix's reopening post-renovation. I was happy to see that the restaurant is still the high-quality, welcoming and affordable neighborhood place it always was. Enjoyed my tagliatelle with coq au vin very much."
