The staff is friendly and attentive, the food is fresh, delicious, and beautifully arranged, all in all a 5 Star experience every time! Plus we've NEVER felt rushed or pressured to finish our meal and leave, which has happened other places. We've been to MANY of the local Mother's Day brunch buffets around town over the years, and Bistro 921 at the Hilton is the ONLY place we've loved enough to return year after year! We'll be back again next year without a doubt! The long stemmed red rose for "Mom", is always a nice touch too! The food was excellent as always. The manager stopped by our table and I mentioned why we were there.
