"This place hits it at all cylinders! When you walk in, you see the wonderful water garden that surrounds the restaurant and sets up the start to great dining experience. From the host to the server you are treated with magnificent reception and comfort from each and every associate at the Bistro. From the appetizers, entree, dessert and accompanying wine selection, I was amazed by the pleasantries that the Bistro 300 had to offer. Right on the Baltimore Inner Harbor waterfront, this destination is a must see for visitors and natives of the area. Thank you Bistro 300 for my personal best dining experience!"

"We both ordered the crab cakes. They were very large with all crab meat but the taste was a little disappointing. They were very lemon tasting without any other flavor; not the old bay tasting "Baltimore" crab cakes I was hoping for."

"It was just ok. I was disappointed that such a fine dining atmosphere did not have amazing food. We started with a crab dip that was very yummy and then we both had salads. However, our main course, the steak and shrimp, was just ok. I had asked for my steak medium rare, and it was medium well towards the side of well done. I never send food back because I think it's a waste of food and like I was told as a child, there are starving people somewhere in the world. The service was adequate, the servers were very pleasant. The wine list had a nice selection at a reasonable price."
