"Our group of 7 was placed at a table set for 12, and it was impossible for us to enjoy each other's company due to the width of the table. Two tables set for 7 remained empty for the duration of our stay and the staff were unresponsive and unapologetic to our request for appropriate seating. The brunch was advertised as a special holiday brunch, but other than a grown man in a bunny suit visiting children at other tables, there were few decorations or other amenities to set the experience apart from an ordinary hotel brunch.The food quality did not meet expectations for the $50/person cost. No management was present to assess the quality of the dining experience"

"Great restaurant, the food and service were both quite good. The scallops in particular were excellent. Cheese tasting was also quality and with nice portions. The only negative was that someone from the bar area had spilled a cocktail all over the stairs leading in to the restaurant. We notified the hostess upon arrival and when we left the mess had still not been cleaned up."

"My wife and I enjoyed dinner here during our first stay at the Hyatt in Santa Barbara. The main course was very good (she had salmon and I had the New York steak). The selection of wines and other drinks from the bar was excellent. The service was wonderful. The only negative was dessert. My wife's desert wasn't what she expected and had little/no taste. I had the key lime pie and it wasn't very good either. Overall, good food but go somewhere else for dessert!"

"WE HAD A COUPON, AND WERE TREATED VERY WELL, SERVICE WAS GOOD, ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE WAS THE RAILING AT THE ENTRANCE...IT WAS A BIT WOBBLY! WE ENJOYED THE VIEW AT THE TIME WE WERE THERE IT WAS GREAT"

"The good: with only one exception (crab in the crab cakes tasted old) all of the food was between very good and exceptional.
The bad: Service not great. Servers (two different servers two nights in a row) were almost robotic- did not listen to our needs, just recited their script. Service was prompt but overly-attentive (we were asked if we were enjoying our meal 5 times last night)."

"Ambiance was not good. Decor was blah, the space was cold and uninviting. The host/hostest was abrupt. The chairs and table arrangements were oddly placed. It was as if I were in a Denny's eating better food. Will not return. The food was good however and the service was good too."

"Bistro Eleven Eleven is a nice late night getaway with great food and a lovely bar area--for locals who want to get away from the State Street scene and "off the beaten path." It would be great for a romantic evening with your honey, or for a quiet business meeting, where you want to avoid interruptions in a quiet ambiance with great food and drinks."

"Went to this restaurant for dinner with my best friend after purchasing a travelzoo voucher for a 4 course dinner with wine!! The wine was delicious!! We had the cheese platter to share which was delicious. I had the chicken tortilla soup for my starter and really enjoyed the flavor and presentation. For the main course I had the spare ribs and my friend had the filet minion(sp?) and it was all so good!! The vegetables were so fresh and the spare ribs were amazingly moist and delicious! We shared the gelato trio for dessert and it was amazing as well! The service was pretty good but the food is more than worth any wait!!"
