We had the fried goat cheese with tomato jam, and we devoured every bite. I ordered the lamb, which was perfectly cooked and served with herbed couscous and a zucchini/squash mix. I normally am not a fan of couscous, but maybe I just haven't ever had it made correctly, because this couscous was light and fluffy. My husband had the tuna, and he said it was the most creatively prepared tuna he'd ever had. It was served on sun-dried tomato chips with guacamole. He said it was decent, if over-salted. We had cheesecake as well, and it was creamy and good, if a little bit too sweet.
