The food was outstanding: 1 steak, 1 pasta with eggplant, 2 veal with asparagus. Wow, it was fantastic. The hot appetizer was great, both of us had veal dishes that were perfect. Very good cheesecake for dessert. The team oriented service made it absolutely top notch. I have been to many restaurants in nyc and this one is a stand out because the menu is diverse enough to please everyone in your party, or just a party of two. They pay attention to detail and take the time to speak with you. My college aged son loved the house steak specialty and my pasta dish was fresh and delicious. it was my birthday and the staff made me feel special. Their attention to us as a table was excellent, without being suffocating. They could not have been more gracious to my guests who looked as though they did not belong. The birthday girl did not order dessert, yet they still brought out a tiramisu with a candle in it!
