Hostess said we reserved the "cubby" which we were told was a private room for our dinner. That was incorrect. I had written thru open table that my friend was visiting from out of town and it was her birthday. I mentioned I wanted a dessert as a surprise which I would pay for. Nothing happened. She even mentioned to the waiter that it was her birthday and still no cookie, dessert or anything came after the meal. I was very disappointed. I don't know who read the e-mail I sent but was disappointed in our experience. The food, however, was good which was a plus to our visit. Prior to our meal we went to a local bar for one drink and my friend was given a free, small glass of champagne for her birthday which we didn't expect.

This was "our restaurant" when we were dating in Ft Collins and we went back to try it after 25 years. The food was fantastic. They were training a new server, and he was excellent. They recommended drinks that were great. I only wish we lived closer. Great food and great memories.

If you don't like your restaurants lit very dimly with a big restaurant name flashed on a wall, stay away. My squash ravioli was just okay - sweet, with nothing to offset it in the sauce. My dining partner's lasagna was not good with a strange bright red sauce that tasted like too much tomato paste. The service was brusque & we felt hurried along even though it didn't seem like there were people waiting to take our seats.

The gentleman I am dating wanted to take me out to a nice dinner and this was the perfect place! We went at an earlier time with a reservation and we got sat right away. Our server was great! She was really attentive and friendly. I had the gnocchi and it was absolutely amazing. The bread and herb butter they give to you is super delicious as well. It's a little pricey but worth it for the food and atmosphere. The only thing that wasn't perfect was it wasn't busy yet and we got sat literally right next to the only two other vacant tables, but they probably had to seat us all in one servers section.

Food was outstanding- made a change over the last couple of years- ambience is better, updated, chef gave a light touch to otherwise "heavy" foods- My veal marsala was accompanied with lightly sauteed vegetables, and a light, marsala infused broth rather than the heavy brown marsala gravy that one often finds. My husband's rack of wild boar was outstanding, cooked to order and a real find. The dessert menu was updated and the entire experience was great. Our server was equally outstanding and attentive without being obtrusive. Will definitely return and recommend.

Food was not good. Tasted like sauce out of a jar. The waiter plunked our dinner down on the table in just a bowl. No plate underneath no tablecloth. We had to ask for bread. I ordered a bourbon and ginger ale and i was served a bourbon with a coke/sprite mix. If you don't have ginger ale just say so and I will reselect. I am tired of restaurants trying to pass this off as the drink I ordered. I will not return or recommend Bisetti's.

Took the girl that I plan on marrying on a date here and it was the best dinner date I have ever had. The service was great and the food even better. Being a broke college kid it was a little expensive but well worth it. I made a reservation for a normal table but on arriving they let us have the private room which was great and romantic. Not too many people get to say they have had a date in a closet and it's a good thing. We've already made plans to come back there the next time we're in town.

This is one of the better restaurants in Fort Collins. While the menu is somewhat limited, compared to other places nearby the restaurant looks like fine dining. The service was very good, as well as ambiance. The food was OK, and considering the price, it is a good value. I would recommend it over many other places in the town.

We had the Traditional Platter that included lasagna, manicotti, fettuccine alfredo, eggplant parmigiana, and a meatball or sausage. I was so filled up by the red sauce items I didn't waste my stomach space on the alfredo knowing that a delicious slice of their multi-layered chocolate cake was coming for dessert. The only downside was that the lasagna was made with sausage and ground meat despite the way the menu reads as if you can choose one of the other variety.

The food was good but it wasn't knock your socks off. The chicken marsala was good. I was surprised that it came over what seemed to be egg noodles and not regular pasta. The bruschetta tasted good but was chunkier (and thus) messier than I'm used to. The atmosphere is nice.

Bisettie's was recommended to me by a staff member of the Brown Palace Hotel in Denver. Because of this recommendation, I brought my family to Bisetti's for Mother's Day. We live in Monument, Colorado and our daughter goes to CSU. I made the reservation on-line, and in the comments section, I asked if we could have a table near a window? When we arrived, we were seated next to a window. Mike was our server, and Mother's Day 2014 couldn't have started off better. The food, service, and ambience were great. Thank you Bisettie's for a memorable experience.

The food was good, but the service ruined the whole experience. My cocktail glass was taken without asking if I was done (I wasn't). Recommendations for food was handled well, but there was way too much effort to push us along once we had our food. Reaching to take plates before they were even finished. We ordered a bottle of wine for the 3 of us that were drinking and the waited emptied the bottle in three glasses on the initial pour.

Food was amazing as always! Entree was fabulous! Michael is a fabulous waiter. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars was because I am particular about how my wine is served. The red wine was served at room temperature instead of the ideal 64 degrees. Also they served Pinot Noir in a standard red wine glass. I know this might sound picky but that's the difference between a 4 or 5 star experience in my book.

Recently we rediscovered Bisetti's after several years' of eating at other Fort Collins establishments. There is a reason why Bisetti's has stayed the tide of big chain restaurants and mediocre food. As a family-owned and operated restaurant, they serve an excellent fare of Italian favorites freshly made in house in a romantic atmosphere. Their gnocci is some of the best I've ever had even in Italy, and my husband loves the Shrimp Pomodoro. We will definitely include Bisetti's among our favorites in Fort Collis.

We had been to Bisetti's for a family affair a number of years ago, and it was not particularly memorable, but good. This time, the food was exceptional. My wife and I had the basil chicken and were delighted. The waiter was OK. He was certainly nice, however when the fourth member of our party arrived about ten minutes late and the three of us already had beverages, our waiter was not very prompt in getting our fourth member a beverage. He also dropped the butter container onto the lap of one of us when he delivered the bread .... not serious, it did not get butter on him. Otherwise, we had a very nice and relaxing dinner before going over to the Lincoln Center for a show.
