We had heard that this was a great restaurant and the site looked great! It looked a little pricey but it was not! The four dish tasting menu was perfect and with all the little "tastings" that came in between it was just the right amount! The food was amazing - probably the best we have had in the whole area! The attention to detail and knowledge of all the servers made for an incredible evening! We have added this to our list of best ever restaurants!

Dinner last nite was going along beautifully until the entrees were served..The Berkshire pork loin turned out to be a chunk of fat that neither my husband nor I was able to cut into far enough to find any edible meat! And the entree sized serving of Lobster tail was the equivalent to the size of two little fingers cut in half! We've treated ourselves (and guests) numerous times to fine dining at Binkley's, so last night was a big disappointment. (We were not charged for the pork entree) maizie

We've heard about Binkley's restaurant for years and have even been to their other location, Cafe Bink. Nothing could prepare us for what we encountered. It's a totally unexpected gem with excellent food that caters to foodies and those who aren't. They took into account our dietary restrictions and we had an awesome experience. This is more than fine dining. The food is creative and delicious but it's also an awesome experience to share with loved ones. Binkley's is a great way to take your "dinner" and make it something much more than just a meal.

While there were some great moments -- specifically the mussels en papillote and the tiny brioche rolls-- for the most part the restaurant seemed more focused on the show than excellent food preparation. We had lobster, rib eye, pork bellies. All were good, but not great. The spot prawns appetizer was a fun medley of tastes and worth trying. They had various amuse-bouches. The smoked salted caramel couscous puddin' (sic) was so bad it was inedible -- so heavily smoked that it obscured any other taste. And go for the tap water. Tiny bottles of water are $10 each. But there are fancy lighting on the drinks, coconut smoke, cute little emulsion vessels. I would have preferred excellent food.

We made a reservation for the patio for a birthday celebration. Binkley's is a five star restaurant that we use for special occasions. As we were seated on the patio, the only other table was occupied by three ladies and a toddler and a baby. The toddler was up and running around the patio area which is not conducive for a romantic evening. Thankfully they were almost ready to leave. The food was outstanding as usual as was the service but there was a considerable delay between the hot appetizer and the fish entree and the lobster was cold.

On several recommendations from friends, I took my wife to Binkley's for our anniversary. The entire experience was amazing; the food, the drinks, the staff. Oh, did I mention the food. This is THE place to go if you want to WOW any one with a fine high quality food experience. If you've never been to Binkley's, I highly recommend the multi-course meals so you can enjoy multiple items. You won't regret it!

The service was excellent, very attentive. We had a 4 and 5 course tasting and it was properly spaced. Presentation was exceptional. For the most part, the flavors were very good, with a few exceptions (flash frozen tomatoes). The only downside was that we got the impression that the chef was trying too hard to impress with all the amuse's and intermezzo's. The tea apparatus, pineapple juice shot, blinking coasters, and fog coconut water was totally excessive, especially at the end of the meal when you should be winding down. Would probably stick to ala carte if we return.

We visited Binckley's on the recommendation of someone. It was our anniversary. Typically my husband likes to eat and leave immediately thereafter. Before we realized it, we had been dining for at least 3 hours. I would highly recommend the tasting menu which is what makes this experience unique. We were constantly getting food -- the textures and presentation was a sight for the eyes and delightful for the palate. There was not a single item that wasn't savored and enjoyed. The service was amazing, we were taken care of, but never felt bothered or that anyone was hovering. What an amazing surprise in Cave Creek! There was a rodeo going on across the street and a biker rock-fest next door. Amidst all that was quiet decadence.

Very creative menu. We ordered the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairings. Each course was small so we did not leave the restaurant feeling stuffed as we often have at other restaurants who offer a tasting menu. The Little bites between courses were very interesting and a food adventure. I Especially loved the tea service at the end of the meal. All of the wine pairings were excellent. A very appreciated option with the tasting menu was that my husband and I could each choose different courses. This is not always the case in restaurants of this type. Excellent choice for special occasion fine dining.

Binkley's was one of the most amazing restaurant experiences I have ever had. The food was wonderful, the wine pairings unique and the consistent "surprises" made this a night to remember for a very long time. Thank you Binkley's for a truly tremendous experience. We also enjoyed the bags of home-made granola given on the way out for breakfast the next day. You are truly a "hidden-gem" in Cave Creek, AZ.

Our latest visit was for restaurant week, a must stop if you plan ahead and get your reservations early as they usually book up well in advance. As always the food was creative, fun and of course delicious! The wine pairings were also some of the best I've had recently and the service is always spot on. Binkleys is a little on the pricey side, but definitely worth it if you are looking for a true dining experience. Arizona Restaurant Week was the perfect opportunity for us to introduce Binkley's to our grandchildren. This is not typically a place that we would take the children since it is very much a special occasion place for our family. But during AZ Restaurant Week it allowed us to introduce our five year old and ten year old grandchildren to fine dining. The amuse bouches were a treat and the children tasted and loved everything. Each delicious bite was explained thoroughly so the children could understand and now have some new vocabulary around food.

We dined there twice in the month of September. On the first visit Kevin and Amy were not there and the service was nothing short of awful. We have grown used to impecable service at Binkley's. On this visit the staff was serving from the right as well as the left, reaching across the table (when not necessary) and was poorly informed about the food. Thinking this was an anomalous experience we returned a few weeks later and the service was equally terrible, this time even bringing the next course when we had barely started on the previous one.

This was our third visit, and while the variety of tastes remains impressive, this time the restaurant week menu seemed lacking in flavor. The carrot soup was outstanding, the beef cheeks were very good, but several items were too bland. The usual impeccable service was not there; three times we had to actually ask for service. All four of us were disappointed.

My Fiance and I are complete foodies. When we lived in NYC, our tradition for birthday or anniversary dinners was to go out to a new Michelin Star restaurant each year. Unfortunately the Michelin guide only rates certain states, and Arizona is not among them. If it were, Binkley's would have at least one Michelin Star, possibly two. Our meal was one of the best I have ever eaten, and we were showered with an array of unique amuse bouches, and aperitifs. This made the experience extremely memorable. They also put "Happy 4th Anniversary" on our menus which was a nice touch. Overall I couldn't have been happier with our experience. It is now in my top 3 favorite meals of all time. We plan on returning many times in the future.

We were starving when we left. The food was served in shot glasses and the main Entree was 2 pieces of meat the size of .50 pieces and bread pudding the size of a miniture Tootsie roll! I am not exaggerating either! My husband wanted to go eat pizza after because we were still hungry! I would not recommend going to eat here if you are hungry! Too much money for the miniscule amount of food you get!

binkley's is simply one of the valley's best. impeccable service, delightful presentation, ingenious creations. my most recent visit was for restaurant week and i was not disappointed. the vibe is a little different because its busier so maybe not as intimate, but the food was still amazing. after the first amuse-bouche was happily dropped at our table, the anticipation and excitement for what was to come created an experience that was unique and convivial for both me and my coney dog, pizza loving husband. it was a reluctant first visit for him but he's already looking forward to his next. we're not foodies by any stretch, but we'll gladly swap our pork tenderloins for decadent bbq pork cheeks when we can.

The food and meal was the best I ever had in my life. I ate everything that was put in front of me. It was exceptional. The food is very small portions with bold flavors because you have so many courses. The carrot soup was wonderful, creamy rich great flavor. The salmon and cucumber salad was refreshing and perfect. The pork cheeks were very flavorful and tasty. Dessert was the best rich and creamy and melt in your mouth. I can't do it justice to describe it. GO to the website look at the pictures and it does taste as good as it looks. AMAZING meal.

Binkley's is well known and has a deservedly great reputation. Their amuse-bouches served throughout the meal are fascinating, imaginative, and flavorful. My only complaint of the night was that my pork loin was not very tender. Additionally, about one-third of it was solid fat. Given the chef's expertise and reputation, it's possible that the fat was left on purpose to add tenderness and/or flavor but if so, it did not accomplish the former and only some of the latter.
