Binkley's Kitchen & BarMother's Day BrunchThey had a great brunch. Temperatures were right on all foods, large selection but not overwhelming, made to order omelets, fantastic desserts. Just before we were called for our table, people came in with a 12:30 res. and they were seated before us. We had a 12:00 res. and waited 25 minutes to be seated. I must say I really wondered what a Binkley's brunch would be like. I was very happy we went for a Mother's Day Brunch. Wine list on red still to heavy on tanic cab's and few merlot's I would drink. If I am going to blow my carbs it needs to be on something I really like.

The service was wonderful, the server couldn't have been nicer, and the food was terrific. Because they consistently deliver tasty meals at reasonable prices with excellent service. This time we simply enjoyed Cobb salads and pizza and both were wonderful. Temp on some hot foods a little cold, but overall very flavorful and well served. Would have loved to have seen Eggs Benedict on buffet. Service is always outstanding and the food is great. We always recommend if someone is looking for a great spot for small groups. There is something on the menu for everybody. The food has always been quite good with ample amounts. One feature we do like is that one does see people of all ages, families with small children as well as older children plus on up to seniors (which we are). Although we do not live at all nearby, it does give the feel of a neighborhood place for those who do. What does always bother us is the noise level; difficult to have a conversation without feeling the need to yell. It's one reason why we do not go there more frequently. Another problem has been the temperature; frequently very chilly. Binkley's always surprises--not just typical pub/bar food, although they have great burgers and fries. I had swordfish with bluecheese topping which was excellent. Everyone in the group had a different entree (BBQ, mahi mahi and pasta to round out our group) and all enjoyed them. We lucked out and visited on a night that bottles of wine were $10 off as well--great value. We had a large group, but used Open Table to reserve our table. The restauarnt was busy, but we had excellent service and the food was particularly good. Moderately priced, but large serving sizes.
