This was a first time experience at bin 18, but this restaurant is now on my go to list. We tasted the fig brule, Brie in honey and scallop appetizers, followed by the chef's catch Mahi, and the Chet's skirt steak special. Right sized portions, great flavor, well presented. The salmon tartare was wonderful. Steamed clams were not as good as the mussels from our previous visit. Entres were great. This restaurant is a find for casual, delicious dining. We asked to be moved to a different table and there was no hesitation. Made recommendations that were spot on for wine and food. The gigs and muscles were outstanding.
