Some establishments with "call ahead" seating do better than that. If you accept reservations, honor them. We will be back, but the constant wait keeps Bimini Twist off the top of our list. Time management is important. Fix that issue and Bimini Twist will become one of our "go to" choices. A little less noise in the dining room would be a plus. and the taste and quality were instantly there to tell. Following this with the yellowtail Snapper, my fish meal was completed with a good bottle of Kendal - the place was packed, but the service under Jenna & Brad never was anything but 5 star - highly

I had been there before and remembered I lived it very much, but had moved out of the area. But when I was on Open Table to book another establishment, I saw Bimini Twist listed and knew this was a place to take her. Our server was so good we actually spoke to the manager about her to tell him she was just outstanding. We had a great time an look forward to coming back there really soon.

This restaurant was first-class personafied. Wonderful ambiance, I had a 8:00pm reservation, and only had to wait 15 min to be seated. The waitress Ashley was wonderful. Very attentive to our needs and always ensured we were ok. For the appetizer we tryed the Avocado/Bacon eggrolls I must say it was impeccahble. And for the entree I had the chilean seabass and it was cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this place to anyone whether a resident of the area or anyone passing by the West Palm Beach area.
