The brunch was5 star especially the seafood. Shrimp, lobster, oysters, caviar were amazing. Also, breakfast and savory hot food stations. I especially enjoyed the unlimited peach Bellini. We will definitely be doing the brunch again.

A Disappointing Brunch in a Stunning Setting While the Biltmore Hotel itself is a beautiful piece of architecture and a great place to visit, the brunch offering falls short. The food was overhyped and the experience overall didn't live up to expectations. The hotel's presentation was impressive, with elegant design and a sophisticated atmosphere. However, upon arriving at the brunch, the food was a major letdown. The dishes offered weren't particularly innovative or tasty. The price of the brunch was excessively high considering the quality of the food and service. The service was friendly, but slow and disorganized at times. Recommendation: If you're looking for a place to enjoy high-quality brunch, I'd recommend exploring other options. However, if you want to visit the hotel for its architecture or other reasons, you could consider the brunch as an option, but with low expectations.

Very disappointing experience. Compared to other buffets I have been to like mila and novikov is the same range the selection and quality of food is HORRIBLE value. The breakfast part of the buffet is straight out of a cheap hotel continental breakfast, and the oysters were warm/ room temp. Sushi selection is non-existent. There's plenty other high end buffets where you get value, this is not it

Haven’t been here in years. The food was fresh and if you were patient, delicious. The service is always good at the Biltmore. It was very nice for Father’s Day.

A Holiday all you can eat brunch. Amazing array of food : seafood including lobster, shrimp oysters etc. Caviar bar. Paella., steak cooked to order, roast beef, turkey.lamb. Cheeses, charcuterie. Vegetarian choices. Fruits, deserts galore. I could go on and on. I have been to a lot of upscale all you can eat brunches but this one has been the best. I will do it again. Highly recommended.

For an ultra premium price, we expected much higher quality at a place like the Biltmore Hotel. The service and ambiance was fine, but the food fell woefully short. The breakfast items, even though they were under heat lamps, were cold. By cold, I mean room temperature. If a health inspector had shown up and temped the food, they would have been in trouble. Eggs Benedict, bacon, sausage, all cold. Moving on to the seafood and lunch items, the trend continued. The paella was cold. The shellfish was not good, either. The oysters were sandy, and poorly shucked. Pieces of shell in each one. The oysters were still connected to the shell, and had to be wrestled with, and there were no shellfish utensils. The stone crab claws were obviously frozen and very watery, with no flavor. (I know it’s not crag season) the shrimp were ok. The lobster tails were boiled, then split with a knife. Piece of shell in each bite, also pried out with a dinner fork. The caviar bar was very nice, as was the smoked fish. The carving station looked dry (we were there at 10:30 am, shortly after opening, so the meat had not been sitting around.) The most delicious thing I had was one of the carving station sides, a very nice mushroom risotto. All in all, a nice time, but when the main topic of conversation is the poor quality of food, the Biltmore should do better.
