Biltmore BrunchGreat BrunchI have been to quite a few high end brunches in Miami, and since the Ritz Carlton (Coconut Grove) cancelled their's, I would say the Biltmore is the best in Miami today. The food selection was quite good, and the service was as friendly and efficient as one would have expected for such a venue. THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT, VERY ATTENTIVE. THE FOOD IS EXCELLENT OVERALL, WITH MORE CHOICES THAN AT THE BREAKERS. WE THINK THE CROISSANTS, PAINS AU CHOCOLAT, TARTES COULD BE PREPARED BETTER. THE CHAMPAGNE IS OF GOOD QUALITY. THE DESSERTS ARE OUSTANDING. AFTER BRUNCH WE USUALLY GO TO THE POOL AREA AND OUT TO THE GOLF COURSE. Wear loose fitting clothes and prepare to indulge. The food selection is outstanding from raw bar to sushi, fruit, meats, traditional breakfast items, and a spectacular dessert. The staff is fantastic and very attentive. The tables are scruched together to fit all the diners in which makes space a little tight but not uncomfortable. There is sometimes a wait to check in and be seated, even if you have a reservation so I would not plan anything immediately after you wish to dine so you aren't rushed for time. Everyone in Mimai should do this at least once.
