… than anyone, so he developed his menu with only two key concepts in mind: authenticity and flavor. The result is a menu that blends traditional Mexican street vendor favorites with the requisite American dishes we all love. Savory tortas, stuffed sopaipillas, smothered burros and traditional tacos are served alongside wood-fired fajitas, steaks and burgers, all complimented by homemade tortilla chips, in-house roasted green chiles and freshly made salsas and guacamole. But what fun is a Cantina without some refreshments?
