"The new Bijoux Bistro is a rare foodie gift to Dallas. The food steals the show, as it should, but everything about the experience is exemplary. There's more energy in the dining room than the Bistro's predecessor, yet you can have a very pleasant conversation with everyone at the table without yelling. The new a la carte menu is to be applauded. EVERY morsel we ate was just plain yummy. The warm asparagus salad with egg and hollandaise was hands down the best appetizer in Dallas. The lemon sole and steak were sent from foodie heaven. If you still want the full tasting menu experience, book a table in the chef's tasting room."

"Just had the most amazing dinner at Bijoux in the new "Bistro" (opening night). The menu and prices read like a bistro, but what comes out of the kitchen is without a doubt fine dining. Every plate was beautifully crafted, and the flavors just sang and danced across our palettes. It was a meal that does not deserve comparison (because it stands alone), but when the experience is this good, you cannot help but rack your brain and compare...and Bijoux won every time. Service was also attentive and graceful. I have had so many memorable meals this past year...but this is IT. Every flavor, combination, and presentation is just seared into my memory."

"A petite, romantic hideaway with delicious food paired with excellent wines. Service was just right - not rushed, not slow - just right to have a conversation, enjoy the ambiance and savor the wonderful food. Be sure to make reservations as the restaurant has limited tables, yet the menu was quite varied with fixed price menues ranging from three to six courses and the restaurant will gladly work with you for wine course pairings or they will happily recommend the perfect wine for your meal."

"A wonderful little restaurant tucked away in a corner of what seems like an everyday shopping center in Highland Park. The food was great, but if you haven't had Camembert cheese before or are accustomed to fine cheeses..Well let's just say from a poor man's view, it would make a good practical joke! Overall the food was exquisite, and the chef team did an excellent job on their presentations. A tad on the pricey side but beautiful food for a beautiful time!"

"I cannot express what a wonderful experience we had at Bijoux. My guest was delayed because of the weather and they said they would be happy to wait for us - wow - really? There was a table of six finishing when we arrived and then we had the entire restaurant to ourselves. My oysters were wonderfully salty and the sole was nothing less than perfect with each course being better than the one before. Never once did we feel rushed. What a neighborhood gem. I will definitely be back."

"I heard from a friend this was their favorite place. I took my wife and daughter there for Easter. WOW, they exceeded expectations in every respect. Even a simple vegetable was magically prepared into an incredibly exquisite experience for the palate. Biggest surprise is how reasonable the pricing for what you receive in service and incredibly creative preparations of every morsel. Hats off to Executive Chef/Sommelier, Scott Gottlich and his wife Gina - you are perfectionists. Thank you for making our Easter Sunday even more special! Although we live in Southlake, we will be back - it is worth the drive. Can't wait."
