"Food was pretty disappointing. Boring chick pea fries were like polenta- grilled octopus was good but too little- We gave the whole wheat pasta a chance but thought it was inedible- but have yet to find a whole wheat pasta that is good; the linguini and clams tasted fresh but was delicate and felt like an appetizer- nothing to get excited about like at Eately. We had pannacotta and chocolate creme brulee which were ample but bland- Come-on there was nothing special about the food here."

"We enjoyed it very much. The room is beautiful with a spectacular skylight. The various separations (step up) make it great for groups and still provides a relatively quiet spot for couples. The only thing that we didn't like was the wine list. It seems to be getting harder to find bottles of wine under $45. There are many fine Italian wines that can come in for under $40 even with a 2x markup for the restaurant."
