"We've been to Big Water Grille multiple times and it never disappoints. The food is amazingly good, while keeping the natural flavors of each item at the forefront. The service has always been stellar, and the view of the sunset over the lake can't be beat."

"The view was wonderful and the service was outstanding. The only drawback was that we went on a night when the locals were frequenting the bar area and enjoying the sounds of a five piece band. As a result, the noise level was too high to carry on a conversation."

"We go to Big Water several times each year during ski season. The menu always has something unique to try and options for healthier food made from the freshist ingredients. I recently ordered the smoked steak, which was outstanding. I plan to take my wife back for another serving next week. I also found the drinks nice and stiff, the way I like it. My last trip to Big Water was with some friends and I was overruled on desdert and coffee. I plan to correct that soon."

"a disappointing meal. we started with the tuna tartare app. the tuna was good quality, but for some reason the dish was prepared with the tuna marinated in soy sauce. as a result, was way too salty, and ruined the taste of the tuna. just a very amatuerish preperation. i had the smoked rib eye as a main course. the meat was ok, but once again the mashed potatos were so salty it ruined the dish. overall just a disappointing experience. we live nearby and have been here 5-6 times. the place has potential, but inconsistent and uneven right now."

"Decent wines, soup and desert was good. Blackend red fish was good althoguh pinto beans would not have been my choice to complement. I would pass on the buffalo short ribs. Overall just not worth the premium prices."

"Food was first rate. Some of best I've had on the North Shore. The view is unsurpassed, elevated, overlooking the lake. Best to go after the slopes have cleared out. It is located at the foot of Diamond Peak's parking area."
