I know that medium is not the ideal doneness of the filet, but I prefer mine to be cooked to pink in the middle (medium), not purple. I should have sent it back, but due to the lighting and the fact that I was pretty full by the time we got to the main course, I didn't even realize until I got home. The drinks are always generous, the wine list is outstanding, the service is excellent and the food is delicious. We love the fresh oysters, tuna appetizer, smoked salmon, fried chicken appetizer, wedge salad and burger. The fish is always fresh and well-prepared also.
