The only reason we didn't eat in the outdoor section is that it was raining. Our server was great, a real class-act. The food was fantastic and quite different from the typical fare of an "italian" restaurant. If you want spaghetti and meatballs or baked ziti, go somewhere else. I had plans to propose at dinner and the staff was more than accommodating, they sat us on the patio like i requested, and very few other tables were seated out there after we arrived which was very much appreciated. Our server Krassimir was very knowledgable and attentive to our needs. He suggested a bottle of wine that we both loved and pointed out appetizers and entrees that were amazing. The food and service was fantastic. Our server was more than willing to take pictures for us and captured our special moment with both pictures and a video that we will treasure for a lifetime. I made reservations over a week in advance and requested an outside table, yet when we arrived was told that there were none available because everyone asked to sit outside... we waited for a table and once seated waiting for some time before a wait staff came to say that they were behind due to a staff emergency... ONce they came back the server was fairly attentive.

I come from Italy, it really seemed to be there and the food was delicious, you know how us Italian are critic regarding our food abroad. It was the best dinner of my life, I would recommend this place to anyone. We were sat at our exact reservation time and were greeted by put waiter who was well spoked and verses in the menu and was very accomodationg to every request we made. Qe were not rushed theu our meal and even ended clising the reataurant. The food was amazing and plentiful. Bice blows away Il Mulino at the Swan. All the food....pasta, seafood, veal is all at a much higher level than the fast food tasting Il Mulino.
Staff is not as familiar with the menu as they should be but they are much more professional than anywhere else.
I will definitely return every time I'm in the area.3/11/2013 12:00:00 AMBice's was fantastic, theBice's was fantastic, the food was awsome and the atomphere was enjoyable. Our waitor, Enrieqos was superb!!!!! I only say the noise level was rated lower because that evening they had a large party outdoors and they came in I think from the cold.

We had a great experience the staff was friendly and professional with good food, excellent mix, the maitre d' Robert was on top of it.
